1. Getting Started

1.1 Features of VGGS Portal

Individual registration is for an individual delegate. The portal helps an Individual to search for

networking opportunity matching their requirements and connect with them. To do so the Individual has

to register them on the portal. You can also view and update your profile on the portal after registration.

Schedule/Itinerary management

View and participate in an event

1.2 Registration

As an Individual, you need to register yourself on the portal before you can avail the facilities

provided by the portal.

The “Register” link on the header(top-right) section of the portal’s Home page allows you to

initiate the registration process. As per the registration process you need to create a password

and generate a username for all your future logins. Your login credentials also enable you to

make use of other functionalities of the portal.

1. Once you click the “Register” button, the below page will appear, and user have to select

the option “Individual” from the menu.

2. Individual can register into the portal by using below:

a. For International Individual Delegate: Email-id is mandatory.

b. For Domestic Individual Delegate: Either Email or Mobile number may be used

for the registration. If an Individual enters the mobile number (then at a later stage

in the form, email-id is required to be entered for further necessary

communications).

3. Click “Continue” to receive the OTP on the valid Email-ID.

4. Enter the OTP verification code which you receive on your registered email-id/mobile

number.

5. You will be redirected to the registration form.

6. Part-A: Individual is required to fill the “Personal Information”, such as:

a. Name of the person applying

i. First Name

ii. Last Name

b. Gender

c. About

d. Upload Photo

User is required to click “Continue”

7. Part-B: Individual is required to fill the “Professional Information”, such as:

a. What do you do?

i. Organisation Name

ii. Designation

iii. Work/Business Email-ID

iv. Organisation Sector

v. Organisation Profile

vi. Category

vii. Purpose of attending the summit

User is required to click “Continue”.

8. Part-C: Individual is required to fill the “Contact Information”, such as:

a. How do we reach you?

i. Country

ii. State

iii. City

iv. Zip Code

v. Mobile Number

vi. Website

User is required to click “Continue”.

9. Part-D: Individual is required to fill the “Identification Information”, such as:

b. How do we Identify you?

i. ID-Type

ii. Upload ID Proof

iii. Blood Group

iv. Are you vaccinated for COVID-19?

User is required to click “Submit”.

After successful Registration to the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2022, Please visit your email

for the update on Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2022.
