Mission StatementOur mission is to provide adequate facilities for

adults with specials needs while impacting their lives with positive and effective

techniques for daily living. Learning and basic life skills will be taught

on a daily basis. Our vision is to have adults with special needs become productive citizens and become independent.

What Is 2nd Phase?

Adult services for special needs adults who wish to practice independence, gain employment, and increase their

academic skills.

they should work in “normal” jobs out in the

community, earning pay and benefits comparable to

everyone else.

Grading• Grades are based on the accumulation of points.

• Points are based on: Class participation

(effort) Completion of assignments

(daily work) Major projects, exams, and

self-reflection • Grades are posted online and updated every Thursday.

Our Grading Scale

• 90-100% = A

• 80-89% = B

• 70-79% = C

• 60-69% = D

• Below 60% = F

Grades are calculated on cumulative percentage and are rounded up whenever possible.
