Founded in 1990, Thakur Educational Trust

is one of the oldest continually operating

trusts in Mumbai. Thakur Educational Trust

has a broad objective of lending a helping

Mumbai and Government of Maharashtra from time to

or the college does not accept any donation or capitation

fee for admission to any course offered by the college.

LL. B. (Three Years Course)

An applicant who has graduated in any

discipline of knowledge from a University

established by an Act of Parliament or by

a State legislature or an equivalent

national institution recognized as a

Deemed to be University or Foreign

University recognized as equivalent to

the status of an Indian University by an

author i ty competent to dec lare

equivalence, may apply for a three years

degree program in law leading to

conferment of LL.B. degree on successful

completion of the regular program

conducted by University of Mumbai

whose degree in law is recognized by the

Bar Council of India for the purpose of

enrolment. Ref: (Rule 5 (a), Rules of Legal

Education 2008, Bar Council of India)

Educational Qualification

(a) Candidate should be a graduate in any

faculty of any University in Maharashtra

established by an act of Parliament or by

a State Legislature or an equivalent

National Institution recognized as a

Deemed to be University or Foreign

University recognized as equivalent to

the status of an Indian University by an

author i ty competent to dec lare

equivalence, with Minimum 45% of Marks

in aggregate (That is 45 % marks for all

the parts of the Degree Examination

taken together), (candidate belonging to

SC and ST Category need only 40% marks

and VJNT, SBC and OBC Category with

minimum 42% marks in the qualifying

examination.)

(b) An applicant who has passed the U.G.

degree of minimum Three Years and P.G.

degree of 2/3 Yrs, duration from

University mentioned in (a) after

processing the studies in the pattern of

10+2+3+2/3 with regular studies at

secondary and higher secondary

schooling. Post Graduate diploma will not

be considered as Post Graduate Degree.

Provided that, the applicants who have

obtained +2 Higher Secondary Pass

Certificate or First Degree Certificate by

distance or correspondence method shall

also be considered as eligible for CET of

the 3 Years Law Courses. [the applicant

who has passed the qual i fying

examination (10+2, U.G. & P.G.) in a single

sitting examination without having basic

qualifications of (10+2+3) is not eligible.]

+2 is the Basic Qualification for LL.B.-3

Yrs. Course. Further provided that, no

candidate from the Open University

having a degree contrary to the U.G.C. Act

and Regulations and contrary to Rules of

Legal Education shall be eligible. Further

provided that, the candidates who are

appearing/appeared for the qualifying

examinat ion UG or PG ( regular

examination of that Academic Year) are

also eligible to apply for the Entrance

Examination. Such candidates become

eligible for admission only if they

produce the prov is ional /Degree

Certificate of the qualifying examination

and the Mark lists of all parts of qualifying

examination at the time of CAP

Centralized Admission Process (CAP)

01. The Unaided Private Professional

Educational Institution shall admit

candidates through the Centralized

Admission Process (CAP) as referred in

sub-section (3) of section 3 of the

M a h a r a s h t r a U n a i d e d P r i v a t e

Professional Educational Institutes

(Regulation of Admission and Fees) Act,

2015. The stages of CAP shall be as stated

below, -

a. Display or publishing of Information

Brochure by the Competent Authority.

b. Filling Online Application Form by

Candidate for participation in the

Centralized Admission Process.

c. Confirmation of Online Application Form

and Document Verification at Facilitation

Centre by the Candidate in person.

d. Display or Publishing of provisional merit

lists, submission of grievances, if any,

and display or publishing of Final Merit

Lists.

e. Display of available Category wise Seats

(Seat Matrix) for CAP Rounds I, II and III.

f. Filling up and confirmation of Online

Option Form having preferences of

Institutions before CAP Rounds I.

Candidates may fill in choice of Institutes

in decreasing order of their preference as

specified by Competent Authority. The

option form once confirmed shall be

considered for allotment in CAP Rounds I,

II and III.

g. Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP

Rounds I, II and III indicating allotted

institute.

h. Reporting and accepting offered seat

will be as per the allotment of the CAP

Round I, II and III, by the Candidate at

Reporting Centre.

02. During the CAP, before accepting the

allotted seat a candidate can opt to

‘Freeze’ or ‘Float’ the choice of academic

program for subsequent round(s), if any,

of seat allocation as provided below:

a. Freeze: Candidates accept the offered

seat and if they do not want to participate

in any further rounds of seat allocation,

such Candidates will not be considered in

subsequent rounds of admission;

b. Float: Candidates accept the offered seat

and indicate that, if admission to an

academic programme in any Institution

of higher preference is offered, they will

accept it. Else, they will continue with the

c u r r e n t l y a c c e p t e d a c a d e m i c

programme. Such Candidates will be

considered in subsequent round of

admission.

c. For candidates who choose the Float

option, and secures a seat of his/her

choice of higher preference, then it would

automatically result in the forfeiture of

the seat accepted by the candidates in

the earlier round;

d. Floating options will not be available to a

Candidate who is admitted to his First

Choice.

The concept of Moot Court is a well-established and universal co-

curricular activity pursued by law colleges worldwide. In this

respect, the college has one of the most effective Moot Court Room.

The principle aim of the Moot Court is to enhance the research and

reasoning abilities of students by giving them an opportunity to

get a substantial exposure to the practical aspects of the legal

profession. In pursuance of the objectives, the students are

required to argue specific legal issues embodied in the form of a

case. These are often adaptations of cases, which have been

previously settled in a court of law.

VIDHI CHHATRA SANSAD

INFRASTRUCTURE

In order to make students familiar with the process of ‘Making

of Law’ and ‘Parliamentary Debate’ on contemporary issues,

TRCL provides state of the art Parliament replica.

SEMINAR HALL

An air-conditioned Seminar Hall with a seating capacity of 150,

is equipped with modern audio visual equipments. It is an ideal

place for conducting seminars, workshops and training

programs for students and teachers.

Seminar Hall is equipped with L.C.D. Projector and a smart board

offers a good venue for students to make presentations. This

room will also be used for group discussions and training of

students for interview.

LEGAL AID CENTER In order to translate into reality the constitutional mandate of

ameliorating the lot of poor people and to help them fight for

their rights, Legal Aid Clinic is established.

The main objectives of the Legal Aid Clinic are: Undertake, promote and develop legal aid to encourage the

young legal professionals to serve the society better.

Render legal aid and advice gratuitously, to all who may

appear worthy thereof and who are unable to procure

assistance else where.

The college takes pride in its modern and well equipped

digital library. College has a Digital Library with seating

capacity of more than twenty-four students. The

college has microsoft campus agreement for software

being used. All computers are connected to the

internet. Keeping in mind the need for legal research,

our institute has made available e-journal, Manupatra.

unlimited access through exclusive IP address

The Electronic Research Section is situated in the

Digital Library which are equipped with computers

which can be used by the students representing the

college at various National and Inter-Collegiate

competitions etc.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Library is the soul of any educational institute. Library

is spread over a vast area with a reference books,

encyclopedias, magazines, journals and newspapers.

Students can expand their horizons of knowledge by

making use of books in the library. Library is well

furnished with seating capacity of 250 students.

Library will remain open between 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

on all working days.

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

Ø MINORITY STUDENTS

The Maharashtra domiciled candidate

belonging to Hindi Linguistic Minority

Community, a particular Linguistic Minority

Community from within the State of

Maharashtra and as notified by the

Government are eligible under this category

(Those candidates who are claiming Minority

Candidature, such candidate should have

completed their SSC & HSC or equivalent

qualifying examinations from the state of

Maharashtra & should have Domicile

Certificate from the State of Maharashtra,

otherwise they cannot claim for Minority

Candidature). Out Side Maharashtra State

candidates are not eligible for this minority

candidature. Out side Maharashtra State

candidates i.e. OMS (All India candidature

Candidates) should fill the CET Application

form in Open Category.

Ø PROHIBITION TO REGISTER FOR TWO

REGULARCOURSES OF STUDY

“ N o s t u d e n t s h a l l b e a l l o w e d t o

simultaneously register for a law degree

program with any other graduate or post

graduate or certificate course run by the

same or any other university or an institute

for academic or professional learning

excepting in the integrated degree program

of the same institution. Provided that any

short period part time certificate course on

language, computer science or computer

application of an institute or any course run

by a Centre for Distance Learning of a

University however, shall be accepted.”

(Rule 6, Rules of Legal Education 2008, Bar

Council of India.)

Ø ATTENDANCE

As per the University Ordinance 6086

(Circular No. UG/01 of 2014 dated 5th May

2014):

1. There shall be the Attendance Committee,

for smooth conduct of this ordinance, in

every college/institute/Department of the

University comprising of at least three

members (to be nominated from other

departments in case of the University

Departments having less than 3 teachers),

the Vice-Principal/ Senior Teacher (Convener)

and at least two more teachers ensuring

representation of the concerned faculties,

nominated by the Principal/Director/Head.

2. Every bonafide learner shall ordinarily be

allowed to keep terms for the given semester

in a program of his enrolment, only if he ful

lfill at least seventy five percent (75%) of the

attendance taken as an average of the total

number of lectures, practical, tutorials etc.

visits/study tours organized by the college

and supervised by the teachers as envisaged

in the syllabus shall be credited to his

attendance for the total no of periods which

are otherwise delivered on the material

day/s. Further, it is mandatory for every

learner to have min 50% attendance for each

course & average attendance has to be 75%.

3. The same ratio shall be applied for

computing the attendance of the learners by

crediting the number of periods which are

m i s s e d w h i l e p a r t i c i p a t i n g i n a n

extracurricular / co-curricular activity /

competition / camp / workshop / convention /

symposium / seminar etc. where the said

learner is officialy representing the college /

University / District / State / Country with the

permission of the Principal / Director / Head

of the College / Institute/ University

Department or by the direction of the

University Officer as the case may be

wherein for the purpose of computing the

average attendance the periods missed for

what is envisaged here-in-above, at Sr. No 2,

shall be deemed to have been attended by

the said learner.

4. Without prejudice to what is stated here-

in-above, the Principal / Director / Head of

the concerned College / Institute /

Department of the University shall be the

competent authority to condone the

absentee of any learner further up to

additional 25%, if deemed fit and on

recommendation of the attendance

University, wherein it is mandatory on the

said committee to do natural justice by giving

personal hearing to every learner falling

short of minimum attendance for keeping

terms and recommending case by case to the

competent authority having verified the

genuineness and gravity of the problem that

justi fies the learner to remain absent, which

generally shall be limited to his own sickness,

sickness of his parent, death of his parent etc.

Ø IDENTITY CARDS

Students shall keep their identity cards with

them while they are in the College premises,

and shall produce it whenever required by

any member of the College staff . Every

student must show his identity card to the

security personnel at the gate, failing which

he may not be allowed to enter the college

premises. Loss of identity card should be

reported to the College Office. A duplicate

identity card may be issued only with the

permission of the Principal and on payment

of Rs. 500/-.

Ø OTHERS

Students shall abide by all general or special

rules made by the college authorities

regarding the conduct of the students both in

and outside the college and the decision of

the college authorities shall be final. Parents

and guardians are also presumed to have

agreed that their wards shall be bound by

these rules when they join the college.

Students are required to dress decently. The

students are directed, and their parents

requested to ensure that in this respect they

must bear in mind that the students must

turn out in keeping with the serenity that one

associates with an educational institution

and with the one associated with law.

Use of cell phones is strictly prohibited.

Students found using cell phones in classes,

library and in the college, premises are liable

to be proceeded against.

A t t e n d a n c e i s c o m p u l s o r y a t a l l

examinations and lectures, including

seminars and moot court, all college events

etc. The attendance and the work of the

students in the seminars, classes, moot court

etc. and the progress at the college

examinations and their overall conduct will

be taken into consideration while granting

their terms and deciding their eligibility for

the university examination.

Conduct of the students in the class as well as

in the premises of the college shall be such,

as will cause no disturbance to fellow

students or to other classes.

Students must not loiter about or congregate

in the college premises while the classes are

in progress. Students shall do nothing either

inside or outside the college that will, in any

way, interfere with its administration.

Students must take proper care of the college

property and help in keeping the premises

neat and clean. Any damage done to the

property of the college will have to be

compensated by the student.

In the premises of the college or in the name

of the college, no Society, Association,

Organization etc. shall be formed or

collection be made, tickets be sold, function

or meeting be held, person be invited to

address students, social be arranged nor

anything be printed, notice be up on the

notice board nor announcements be made

without the permission of the Principal.

Students should, in their own interest, read

notices placed on the notice boards and

website from time to time.

All meetings, functions, programmes etc.

must be organized / conducted only under

the supervision and control of and presided

over by the Principal or by any other staff

member authorized by the Principal.

Students must not engage themselves in

any political work in the college premises.

Students should not communicate, without

previous permission of the Principal, any

information or write about any matter to the

Press, relating to the college.

If for any reason, the continuance of a

student in the college is, in the opinion of the

Principal, detrimental to the best interests of

discipline of the college, he may direct such

student to leave the college.

Students securing admission to the college

are required to abide by all the Rules,

Regulations and Instructions that may be

issued by the college Authorities from time to

time and submit to the normal enforcement

of the same to the satisfaction of the college

Authorities, whose decision in all matters

shall be final and the same shall not be called

in question on any ground whatsoever.

No excursions, picnics or tours can be

arranged without the prior permission of the

Principal. The permission may be granted, if

an application is submitted by the students

to the Principal through the members of the

staff accompanying the students, at least

one week prior to the scheduled date. The

students will have to give an undertaking

that they will behave properly and obey all

instructions of the staff members' in-charge,

going at their cost and consequences. The

college will not be held responsible for any

untoward incident that may happen on an

excursion, a picnic or a tour. When an

application for permission is submitted, it will

be presumed that the students have taken

previous permission from their parents/

guardians to join the picnic etc.

Smoking of cigarettes and other harmful

products, chewing tobacco, consuming liquor

or any other kind of intoxication is strictly

prohibited within the premises of the college.

Sale of cigarettes and other tobacco products

within the radius of 100 yards of an

Educational Institution is strictly prohibited

and is punishable

offence under s. 24 of the Cigarettes & other

distribution) Act, 2003, with a fine which may

extend up to 200 rupees.

Ø STANDARD FOR PASSING THE B.L.S. /

LL.B. EXAMINATION:

R.4437: To pass the examination the

candidates must obtain 45% marks in each

theory paper/s and Practical/s separately.

Those candidates who obtain less than 60%

marks at the same sitting will be placed in

Second Class. Those of the successful

candidates who obtain 60% marks and more

than 60% marks in all paper/s at one and the

same sitting will be placed in the First Class. A

candidate shall be declared "Passed” in the

subjects / papers of Practical-l Training and

subject / papers if he/she has secured

minimum 45% of the total marks in the

respective papers of Practical Training and

subject/papers.

The candidates shall also be entitled to the

benefit of allocable grace marks as per the

University Regulations. A candidate who

obtains 45% marks in Theory paper/s and

Practical/s may, at his option be exempted

from appearing in the paper/s and Practical/s

as the case may be. No candidate will be

admitted to, and allowed to appear at, the

year end semester examinations unless

he/she has successfully passed the

Examination in the Practical Training papers

for the respective semester to be conducted

by the respective colleges affiliated to the

University of Mumbai, on behalf of the

University.

In accordance with the University of Mumbai

Circular no. Exam / KMK / 1844 / 2018 dated

17th may, 2018, examinations of Semester I

to IV of LL.B. (Three Year Course) and

Semester I to VIII of B.L.S. / LL.B. (Five Year

Course) will be conducted by the respective

affiliated colleges on behalf of the University.

The remaining examinations i.e. sem. V & VI

of LL.B. and Sem. IX and X of B.L.S. / LL.B. will

be conducted by University of Mumbai.

Ø LIBRARY WORKING HOURS

Library will remain open between 9.00 a.m.

and 6.00 p.m. on all working days. The

student must immediately report to the

Principal through the Librarian, if he/she

losses his/her Reader's Ticket. A new

Reader's Ticket will be issued in place of the

lost one on payment of Rs. 100/-. The

detailed rules regarding the Library are

available with the Librarian, on request.

Ø REFERENCE AND STUDY ROOM SECTION

Books placed in the Reference section, such

as dictionaries, encyclopedias, reports,

University handbooks, question papers etc.

will be issued to a student against his Identity

Card only for reference in the Library. They

must be returned at least fifteen minutes

before the Library closes. The books thus

issued must not, on any account, be taken

out of the Library Hall. A fine of Rs.10/- per

day will be charged in case such books are

taken out.

Current periodicals as well as the bound

volumes of the old periodicals will be made

available only for reference in the Library.

Students should not remove the periodicals

from their places allotted in the Library.

Students should claim back and verify their

Identity Cards when they return the books.

Ø DIGITAL LIABRARY

Students are not allowed to use digital library

during the lecture hours. The student are not

allow to consume food and / or beverages

(except drinking water). The Students are

prohibited from viewing Pronographic

Material, Playing Games, hacking into

network & Other Computer, Spamming,

Sending junk mail & causing any short of

damages to I.T. Infrastucture in the digital

library or in College Premises

Ø METHODS OF TEACHING AND LEARNING

Legal study requires more practical approach

beyond the class room teaching. Therefore,

besides class room lectures teaching

methods includes interactive sessions,

discussions, case studies, power point

presentations, documentaries, seminars,

workshops, mooting (debating points of law

before a judge), guest lectures, practical

training, project work, field visits etc.

employed, in order that they are well placed

and excel in their field of endeavor. TRCL in its

first year itself, has initiated the process

through establishment of Placement Cell.

Ragging is a Crime. Ragging is totally banned,

and anyone found guilty of ragging and / or

abetting ragging is liable to be punished

under Penal Code & UGC Regulations on

curbing the menace of ragging in Higher

Education Institutions, 2009.

If any student is found indulging in ragging, it

should be brought to the notice of Member /

Coordinator / Chairperson of the Anti-

Ragging Committee / Anti Ragging Squad of

the college or Anti Ragging monitoring cell of

the university immediately.

The Resorting to Ragging: A student involved

in any such act is liable to be expelled from

the college, and in addition, there would be

resort to criminal proceedings and the

Ragging Committee and Squad will be

deciding the said matters.

Smoking, consumption of alcoholic drinks,

intoxicants and narcotic drugs. An act which

causes destruction or defacing of the

property of the college or organizing raids

and breaking into the premises of the college.

An act which interferes with the personal

liberty of another person or subjects another

to indignity or involves physical violence or

use of abusive language.

An act in breach of an undertaking given

under the Rules of Discipline.

Refusal to establish or reveal identity in the

premises of the college.

An act which causes interference of outside

persons or bodies or agencies in the

functioning of the college.

Dissemination and assertion of any false

statement or tampering of certificates and

records, whether with a view to seeking

admission in a college or securing any benefit

whatsoever.

Collection of funds for any programme, picnic,

excursion, project or activity without prior

written permission of the appropriate

authority.

Use of title of the college or a title which

includes the name of the college for sending

any letter or communication to the press or

for distributing any document or literature or

publication other than academic work,

without prior written permission of the

appropriate authority. Unauthorized use of

the name or address of the college or its

officers or other authorities for making any

representation on behalf of any student or a

group of students to any public authority in

India or elsewhere or to any person (including

the press) other than a person responsible for

the management of the affairs of the college.

An act which disrupts the smooth running of

the college or environment conducive to the

pursuit of knowledge or harmonious

relationship between diff erent groups of

students.

An act which tends to lower in the public

esteem the image of the college or their o

fficers.

An act of unruly and disorderly behavior at

any competitions, sports, cultural activities or

other social or educational programmes

organized by the college.

An act involving moral turpitude.

Breach of Ordinances and Rules relating to

attendance at lecture tutorials, tests, terminal

or preliminary examinations, and progress to

the satisfaction of the Principal.

Being found in possession of goods or any

material deemed objectionable by the

Principal of the college. (In such cases, the

Principal may take or direct to take

possession of such material pending further

enquiry, if necessary).

Any act of insubordination or rude behavior or

use of inappropriate language towards the

Principal or any Professor of the college or

non-teaching staff.

Generally, any other act of indiscipline which,

in the opinion of the Principal of the college is

unbecoming of a student.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

A visit to Bombay High Court and City Civil & Sessions Court for the students of five-year law course and three-year law course was organized to enable the students to understand the way in which matters are displayed on the Board and the mode of presentation of case. Cross- examination, filing of the cases and Court etiquettes were also witnessed by the students. The museum of the Bombay High Court gave an insight to the students regarding the history of Court system in India.

VISIT TO BOMBAY HIGH COURT AND CITY CIVIL & SESSIONS COURT

MOOT COURT COMPETITION

2nd Intra – Moot Court Competition was organized for students of both Three-Year Law Course and Five-Year Law Course. There was an overwhelming participation from the students with twenty-four teams competing for the trophy.

VISIT TO DONGRI- JUVENILE OBSERVATION HOME

Visit to Juvenile Observation Home, Dongri. where the students were first taken to a room where juvenile in conflict of law were kept. There were children of various age group. They explained about the facilities and amenities provided to them, such as computer lab, art class, carpentry class, library etc. They even had counseling center for children, consisting Children Psychologist.

VIDHAN BHAVAN

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

The Legal Aid Committee organized a visit of 50 students to Vidhan Bhavan. The students witnessed the live session of Legislative Assembly where the issue of farmers relating to rates of cow milk, disbursement of loans, reservation and water issues were on discussion. The students also vis i ted the Legislative Council. It was a first hand experience for the students regarding the functioning of the State Legislature.

At TRCL, Parliamentary Debate and Mock Parliament on contemporary issues are a regular phenomenon. Students get practical exposer about Parliamentary proceedings, discussion and debate on various issues in the form of presenting bill under the guidance of experts.

VISIT TO DAHISAR POLICE STATION

In order to explain about the police administration system, students visited Dahisar Police Station, where they were explained about the procedure for lodging F.I.R. and N.C. They were also shown crime detection room and cyber crime room and explained about its importance and at the end of the session the gathering was addressed by the Senior Police Inspector Shri. A demonstrative moot court was organized for the first year students to make them familiar with the moot court competition and encourage them to participate in National & International moot court competitions to come.

PROGRAM FOR HOLISTIC WELL BEING

Para Legal Volunteers’ four days training programme was conducted by Mumbai Suburban District Legal Service Authority in co-ordination with TRCL and Global Care Foundation from 8th April to 11th April,2019. One hundred and forty students were registered and participated in this training. Justice (Rtd.) Shri Abhay M. Thipsay, former judge of Bombay High Court distributed identity card to the participants.

PARA LEGAL VOLUNTEERS’ TRAINING

WDC of TRCL organized work shop to sensitize students about the issues relating to ‘sexual harassment at work place: a legal and social aspects. Mr. Quaisar Khalid (IPS), IG, Protection of Civil Rights, Ms. Flavia Agnes, Founder Member, Majlis and Adv. Rasda Ainapore addressed the students.

Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law celebrated its Annual day-2019 on 27th April 2019. Chief Guest for the event was Shri. Jitendra Sigh,

Secretary, Thakur Educational Trust and Guest of Honour Shri Ravi J. Singh, representative, Thakur Educational Trust. The event provided a

great opportunity for the students to showcase their talent, performing solo singing, group singing, poetry reciting, solo dance, group dance,

theme-based fashion show (women empowerment), Skit (on Pulwama attack), etc. The program concluded with Prize distribution ceremony

for participants and achievers of inter-collegiate and intra-College activities and competitions for the academic year 2018-2019.

LEGAL AID CAMPAIGN

On 31st March, 2019 the legal aid committee took yet another initiative

of conducting an awareness camp. There were total 31 members who

visited 194 shelters to educate people about our project for their

welfare that is providing them free legal consultation by our college

with respect to any legal issues. The people out there co-operated and

provided us with their details. Some needy people shared their issues

with us that we heard carefully and suggested them accordingly to visit

our college and meet the concerned lawyer to discuss their issues on

the specified days. The further assistance will be based on the need of

their problems.

LEGAL STUDY TOUR

Legal Study Tour at Delhi was organized by Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law from 27th Februry 2019 to 02nd March 2019. The legal study

tour included visit to Supreme Court of India, Parliament, Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum, Indira Gandhi Memorial, Red Fort, Bar Council of India

and India Gate. The other places visited includes Chandni Chowk, Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, Sarojini Market and Connaught Place. The students

witnessed live sessions at the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Bar Council of India and were acquainted with the historical heritage at Parliament,

Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum, Indira Gandhi Memorial, Red Fort and India Gate.

Lex Communique - Two Days National Law Fest was hosted by

Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law on 23rd and 24th February

2019. Moot Court and Vidhi Chhatra Sansad were the flagship

events along with Client Counselling, Legal Quiz and Picture

Caption. TRCL received an overwhelming response from the law

schools across the country. Adv. Anil C Singh, Additional Solicitor

General of High Court of Bombay and Adv. Yusuf Muchhala, Senior

Advocate of Supreme Court of India, Shri. Jitendra Singh, Secretary

of Thakur Educational Trust and Shri. Ravi Singh, Management

Representative of Thakur Educational Trust were the esteemed

guests for inauguration. Eminent Lawyers, Industrialists and Legal

Experts were invited to judge the preliminary rounds, quarters

finals and semifinals. It was an extreme honor for TRCL to invite

Justice (Rtd.) Dr. Mrs. Shalini Shashank Phansalkar Joshi, Bombay

High Court to judge the Moot Court Finals. The guests for

Valedictory were Dr. Aneel Kashi Murarka and Dr.Chaitali
