More recruiting companies should come for retirement Improve the technical education infracturerquality teaching and campus

1. Greater interaction must be arranged with professionals.2. Physical visits to auditors office, GST Practitioners, Tax Planners etc.3. Online Video Library must be developed for students and help can be taken from Ex Students who are willing to help.

All students need to know about all apportunity

Please let the student take the issued books from the library to there home and give equal opportunity to every student to take part in sports tournament at University level/college level and treat every students equally, except sports students because they have more privilege than other students of the college. So, treat everyone equally.

Needs to campus in graduate student

As according to me please start student development cell in the college as well to encourage the students to learn the English speaking because it's necessary for everyone for their future. 1-Theory teacher needs to upgrade their teaching skills, they just read line and translate it in hindi , which can be performed by Google translator at home,

Force to students to attend for regular lecture and having 85 % attendance. Same rules to all teachers Everything is good sorry I have not suggestion yet

To ensure consranr growth and analyse the pertbnnance of the institution the college

has an effective feedback mechanism. Although the college mechanised various

f."OUu"t iystem, notably from all its stakeholders such as students' teachers'

parents, employers, alumni, management and others. The feedback is collected

from the students in a Google fori, in a standardised format with all the quality

parameters mentioned in it. The feedback thus is analysed further to develop the

roadmap for the academic year ahead and align the interests of various stakeholders

with the institutional interests.

Further, departmental level feedback is taken regularly from students, so as from

other stakeholders to enhance the performance of the institution. Teaching-learning

process" Besides these, feedback is also considered for the evaluation and

assessment from various cells, departments and academic bodies'

Hardcopies of feedback ur. gir", to each department and each teacher takes part in

the discussion in the departiental meeting about the feedback. if the feedback is

notSatisfactory, concerned teacher is counselled by the HOD / Departmental coordinator'

departmental level and action is taken for improvement in learning outcomes'

for informing pu..nt, about their wards and the institutions activities. Parents are

nominated as members of IQAC of the institution which

meets 5 times in a year to discuis quality enhancement and sustenance initiatives of the

institution.

A Sell-appraisal Form is fitled by each teacher annually. The Principal evaluates

the forms with each teacher, motivating her/him to look at specific areas where

improvement is needed. The inputs and information from various college cells such

as Grievance Cell, Women Development Cell, Internal Complaints Committee,

grievances cell, and Anti-ragging cell are also considered as the indicators ofcollege performance and are considered as feedback for the development of the

institution.

The institution has collected the feedback and responses of the alumni and analyzed it forthe betterment of the college. Nearly 102 responses have been analyzed. Responses have

The process of collecting feedback from stakeholders through online mode has been

initied from the year2Olg-2020. The college would take the regular feedback from the students

regarding various aspects of the college through an online portal and the feedback of Parents,

Alumni & Students were taken during various meetings held during each academic session.
