CIVIL ACTION AGAINST GORDON GOLDMAN

On January 28, the Commission filed a civil action in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia against Gordon K. Goldman, a certified publicaccountant, seeking a permanent injunction and civil monetary penalties for securities law violations allegedly committed in connection with his audit of College Bound,Inc. 's financial statements for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1991.
