Technology for SALE

The DLF Group Inc. Guide-way System

at the Burlington City Waterfront

TRB Proposal Submission Sept. 2009

Burlington City Dual Mode is an active project operating in Burlington City N.J. as

a business venture. The information submitted is originally drafted from the DLF GLOBAL Business Plan dated back to Dec. 1999. While the focus of this proposal is

on acquiring a Portable Guide-way System, other developments have already been

put into practice, such as Dual-Mode Stations (Service Shops), National Job Creation Plan, Prototype Vehicles, Guide-way Plans for Burlington City, etc,.

Despite having a budget of $5 million dollars over 30 years to work with, the Dual

Mode Project is taking off, and can rebuild the American economy on a national scale and create millions of new good paying jobs. The DLF Guide-way System

Demonstration will prove that the use of Micro-Buses, Specialized ISO 9000 Containers, and Passenger Vehicles on a Guide-way System can revolutionize the

mobility of rural Transit, Freight and private Passenger travel. A properly engineered Guide-way System is mass transit in disguise, and blends buses,

freight and cars to increase revenues via a modest toll.

www.skytoll.com is for SALE

Team DLF-USA (TDU) is selling its Non-Motorized Vehicle and e-Guide-way System

Infrastructure Technology, the only market ready system worldwide that is designed for under-

developed Countries. This energy system is used where fossil fuel technologies are not desirable or

accessible. JiaoTong University of China is trailing behind with revolutionary Magnetic Levitation Technology.

TDU’s Call for Investment is pooling together Local Investors to raise $5 Million Dollars to

finance the sale of SKYTOLL.com for developing Countries. TDU is offering hefty open and negotiable Returns on Investment to Investors that expedite the sale of SKYTOLL.com.

The Guide-way System Technology is for SALE with a minimum bid starting at $5 BILLION U.S.

Dollars. The Guide-way System is Trillion Dollar Currency, allowing a Country that has it first to

develop other Countries in the form of a standard U.S. Trillion-Dollar Infrastructure Note. GET ALL THE FACTS HERE.

China is trying to figure out how to move 550 million people daily. TDU has

developed technology that will continuously move billions of people on a daily

basis. TDU can revolutionize energy mobility for developing Countries by moving billions of people with their own private transportation on a daily basis.

TDU has a proven long-term development track record dating back to 1980, with major progress

and breakthroughs as early as 1991. Based on the REV BOOK and other major University studies,

implementing an ENERGY Guide-way Infrastructure will yield 12 to 36 times more capacity than a

highway infrastructure.

Investors Return on Investment

Financing the SALE of SKYTOLL.com

SKYTOLL.com will be raising $5 Million Dollars to finance this SALE. The funds will

be used for legal, financial, regulatory and environmental due diligence. A finalized 1/4 mile NMV and Guide-way System demo will also be included for Investors

to observe.

SKYTOLL.com is offering hefty Returns on Investment to expedite the SALE of its

technology to developing Countries looking for Innovative Energy and Transportation Solutions.

DLF Group Inc. is illustrating the following benefits;

1. Return On Investments (up to $25 Million Dollars [5 times ROI]) from cash flow deposit of a confirmed Technology SALE estimated at $100 Million

Dollars minimum within 3-5 years.

2. Potential estimated profit for SKYTOLL.com is $100 Million Dollars per year before taxes, with hefty Investor royalties if Return on Investment is coming

from leasing option for Developing Countries. The Investor’s break-even point is within 2 to 3 years.

3. Return on First Sale is potentially $5 Billion Dollars within 5 years. The first

developing Country to display SKYTOLL.com can lease it out to all other Countries. The first Developing Country that is leasing the Guide-way System

to other Countries will be able to provide the initial deposit to SKYTOLL.com from the leasing sales and pay off the SALE of SKYTOLL.com. This is the

most attractive option for Developing Countries with inadequate infrastructure budgets.

I.e. Brazil has stadiums built in several Cities, which offers an excellent

opportunity to host Technology Innovation Conferences for Developing Countries.

4. Projected Sales and Leasing Options for Developing Countries exceed $100

Trillion Dollars in Service Shop Stations, Vehicle Routes and/or Electric

Generation Capacity. See the report titled Plan To Spend $90 Trillion

Redesigning Cities

5. The Private Investor can sell or merge their ownership as an exit strategy.

U.S.A. EXECUTIVE ORDER 13514 Sec. 19. Definitions. As used in this order:

(c) "alternative fuel vehicle" means vehicles defined by section 301 of the Energy Policy Act of

1992, as amended (42 U.S.C. 13211), and otherwise includes electric fueled vehicles, hybrid

electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, dedicated alternative fuel vehicles, dual fueled

alternative fuel vehicles, qualified fuel cell motor vehicles, advanced lean burn technology motor

vehicles, self-propelled vehicles such as bicycles and any other alternative fuel vehicles that are

defined by statute;

Industrial Non-Motorized Vehicles (NMV)

Team DLF-USA developed a viable 300 MPH eGuide-way

System designed for people who have no mobility. VIABLE

means it is affordable to the consumer market via a purchase or

work program. Countries looking to implement better

transportation solutions can use the 10 Million JOBS Plan

designed in America. This 300 MPH eGuide-way System will move more capacity than all the Planes, Trains, Boats, Trucks and Cars combined.

Current transportation systems are not designed to move continuous flow at any speed. Trains,

Planes, Boats, and Automobiles can only move in incremental volumes, meaning that a substantial

amount of infrastructure capacity is wasted. At 60 MPH a single lane highway can only move 2000

vehicles per hour while a single lane of the Guide-way System can move almost 16,000 vehicles

per hour continuously. At higher speeds, that same single lane of Guide-way System can move

over 47,000 vehicles per hour. The CARIAT by Devere Mining Company demonstrates the power of compounding mobility.

Download the REV 2015 Dual-Mode Book!

You can SAFELY travel from New Jersey to California and back in less than

24 hours in your own private eGuide-way Vehicle for about $30 dollars. The Internet changed Telephones and the Guide-way will change

Highways.

The REV BOOK shows how Low Level Laser Flight over Guide-

way Systems (LLLFoGS) will occur overseas. Team DLF-USA is

leading a silent technological battle that is mostly unknown by the

general public and will not be seen in the news. Countries looking to

be developed offer better opportunities to implement a revolutionary

infrastructure instead of wasting time with political governing

organizations in an overly developed Country. These organizations will

resist technological change at any cost, despite any perceived benefits

it may have for society overall.

The REV BOOK provides a spectator’s view from the outside, for people who are not generally

knowledgeable of what it takes to develop a revolutionary infrastructure beyond today’s automobile

and highway system. The Guide-way System’s capacity for moving freight is phenomenal, and

offers developing Countries a viable transportation solution. For more information on the

development of the International Guide-way System project, contact us at [email protected]

Infrastructure Note- a guideline for

how the Guide-way System Infrastructure

can be sold Country to Country based on the United States as an standard. Building

a Guide-way System at $5 Million per Mile times 100,000 miles is $500 Billion U.S. Dollars. Cost overruns will double this

number to about $1 Trillion U.S. Dollars.

Those 100,000 miles of infrastructure can cover

all major arteries North-to-South and East-to-West. This infrastructure will move more

capacity than all the Planes, Trains, Boats,

Trucks and Cars combined. Read the REV

BOOK first before you comment. The highway

System is OBSOLETE.

Americans will still be wasting their time fooling around with gasoline cars while Countries globally are developing innovative transportation technologies.

What Masdar City (U.A.E.) realized- Masdar City wanted to develop an advanced

transportation system for its community. With all the GASOLINE MONEY from automobiles, PRT

was the best available technology they could find. They soon realized the development of

Autonomous Vehicles makes Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) obsolete. Masdar City avoided having a

giant PRT boondoggle.

The U.S. Government forfeits all claims to Skytoll.com (Release of Obligation)- The

U.S. Transportation Research Board rejected the opportunity to construct the demo Guide-way System, costing America millions of manufacturing jobs. Contact us for information

regarding the disclosure of and purpose for these documents.

12

The Ukraine and Netherlands Jurisdictions- The Guide-way System was financed by

private Investors in the United Kingdom for the Ukraine. The NMV financial source is not disclosed

for the Netherlands.

The MATRIX REALITY (too late Japan!)- A average adult human can produce 1 Million

Watts or more of sustainable HUMAN ENERGY, enough power to run a Tractor Trailer or power up

dozens of U.S. homes. Neural Networks and Stonehenge prove mankind has lost its way.

Self-Driving Cars- the Next Revolution or Boondoggle?- “Fine-tuning vehicles or

developing renewable fuels will simply not be enough in the long run. The entire system needs

revamping. You won’t make the world a better place by filling Helsinki with electric cars, for

example. They take up just as much room as conventional cars running on petrol or diesel, VTT’s

Research Professor and TransSmart Programme Manager NilsOlof Nylund says with emphasis.

What you were never told about automobiles- How automobiles are bankrupting and

devastating your Country.

The United States lacks Engineering capability- The U.S.A. leads by Engineering

Citations, yet other Countries around the world develop technologies beyond the scope of America.

The REV BOOK, officially published by Francis Reynolds, gives us a spectator’s

glimpse into the reality of what Dual-Mode is all about. Dual-Mode is the next best

form of real time travel in the 21st century.

This book is updated with information from an upcoming manufacturer of viable

Dual-Mode Vehicles. The author released the REV Book into the Public Domain as a

means to expedite these technologies.

Wireless Energy Calculations

BROADBAND ENERGY DETERMINING VALUE IN AN INTANGIBLE ASSET.

Calculating Energy revenue from an Energy System Server.

The Energy Source Provider License Ownership opportunity spans across various industries. License

Ownership for today's ESP Owner includes Automobiles, Homes, Businesses and the Government.

Energy Security for America is another "built-in" feature that ESP License Owners already possess.

The overall economic value to the economy is calculated by the total ESP Infrastructure and the

projected monthly service volume cash-flow using minimum Energy Service Plan II (ESPII) criteria

from the ESP License Owner's Business Plan.

(5000 Energy Source Providers) X (1000 accounts each by 2004) X (average minimum ESPII cost of

$1000.00) X (12 months) =$5.0 Billion Dollars Monthly.

The Wireless Energy Infrastructure provides Safety, Energy Security, Reliability, Renewable Energy

Affordability, etc. The Economic Expense Americans pay for using Traditional Energy Sources are as

follows;

Health Related Risks cost Americans $200 Billion Dollars+ annually *

Powerline Disruptions cost Americans $80-100 Billion Dollars+ annually

Highway Congestion costs Americans $60-80 Billion Dollars+ annually

Energy Security Politics cost Americans $400 Billion Dollars+ in 2001 *

Mechanical Breakdowns cost Americans $40 Billion Dollars+ annually

Employers lost $150 Billion Dollars+ in Business Interruption annually *

Freight Financial Report (DRAFT)

Using Freight Automation to offset Commuter Mobility

costs on a Guide-way System Commuter Guide-way Vehicles and Automated Containerization (4 foot x 20 foot containers) on a

Guide-way System will revolutionize "Just-in-Time" Distribution, "Weigh-in-Motion" Freight and

"Real-Time" Inventory.

Freight Numbers (used to offset Commuter mobility): Maximum Capacity - 30,000 Vehicles per hour @ 120MPH

@ $0.30 per mile (recommended)=

$ 9,000.00 per hour x 24 hours =

$216,000.00 dollars a day x 365 days =

$78,840,000.00 dollars a year per mile.

A 1,000 mile Guide-way System’s maximum profit potential is approximately $78,840,000,000.00

Dollars annually. At $5,000,000.00 per mile x 1000 miles is $5,000,000,000.00 dollars, leaving a

hefty surplus that can be used as ongoing Community development and State capital.

New Jersey’s current rising transportation infrastructure deficit:

$7 BILLION annually

$19,178,082.19 a day

$799,086.75 an hour

No Country can afford to ignore the benefits provided by a viable Automated Guide-way System!

HUMAN ENERGY

The MATRIX REALITY (too late Japan!)- A average adult human can produce ONE Million Watts or

more of sustainable HUMAN ENERGY, enough power to run a Tractor Trailer or power up dozens of

U.S. homes. Neural Networks and Stonehenge prove mankind has lost its way. Vehicles weighing

over 16,000 pounds were being pedal powered by a single person. Human powered systems produce more power than fossil fueled engines and electric motors.
