Janhit Institute of Education and Information, a non profit making

educational society under the Indian Societies Registration Act XXI of

Confronting these risks and challenges can be only from

the group of dynamic leaders. The world behind us is

organizational life and management education is no

exception. In order to be future ready, management

education in India has to be able to anticipate the future and carve out appropriate strategies and programs

Legal profession is one of the most prestigious professions which can provide a

good status in the society. This is the profession which has eternal value and aims

at providing justice tot he every section of the society. Since law regulates society,

legal profession is directly concerned with the social welfare and the persons

engaged in this profession, having obligation to promote justice, are highly

respectful. Legal professionals are social engineers and they act for the upheaval

of the community ibn free environment. They are the backbones of the society.

The legal professional also impart their assistance in policy making for the

prosperity and development of the nation. They facilitate and promote rule of law in

the country so that the country would be free from any kind of arbitrariness. Hence, they have much

importance for the nation.

Janhit has experience of 11 batches of MBA and 7 batches of BBA and BCA programme. Janhit is

ranked among the top prestigious business schools. The institute in housed in a sprawling complex

spread in green lush area. Apart from the main administrative block, there are computer labs, library,

lecture theaters, seminal hall, etc have also been provided for the students so that they can do justice

to their professional degrees. It has a modern high-tech comupter lab with the latest software.

An extensive use is made of the internet and e-mail facilities by the students and the staff. It has a well

equipped library with wide collection of books and research journals in the field of management and

IT besides a wide range of newspapers and periodicals. The lecture theaters and class rooms are

especially designed to make the teaching effective with the help of LCD projectors and OHPs and

enough space for displays. The institute has also developed a 120 seater conference room to

organize seminars, guest lectures, group discussion and mock interviews. An auditorium is also

being planned in the near future.

Computer and I.T. Labs

The library and information centre is the nerve centre of JANHIT

GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS.

The institute takes pride in the state of the ART Library

Infrastructure and resource. The highlights of Janhit Institutions

Library & Information Centre are :

• Reading Rooms : Comfortable and well illuminated. They are

used by students who wish to study in peace, away from hustle

and bustle of Janhit Campus Life.

• Books : Janhit has 8500 titles and 32000 Volumes of different

books on Management, I.T., Computer Science, Education &

Law.

• Project Reports : Over 3500

• Many international and national Journals and periodicals are

subscribed on regular basis.

• The Library has a rich collection of text books and reference

books. Library also subscribes magazines, periodicals,

journals etc. The Library has a reading room for the students,

who wish to study and prepare notes for their Examination. It

has DELNET also.

State-of-the-art infrastructure has been provided for the computer lab. The institute has sufficient

computers under Windows NT, LINUX Operating System and Windows 7 Ultimate Network. They are all

inter connected through LAN. Licensed copies of all the latest software have been provided and are

upgraded on a regular basis. Internet facilities are available. The fully air Conditioned Lab remains open

from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so that the students can work after their regular classes are over. The lab is

looked after by a fully qualified System Engineer and Computer Operator.

law. The systematic approach to problem solving is emphasized in the classroom as well through

Law as a profession is in great demand these days. Due to the changing economic and social scenario

and the ever-incressing regulation role being undertaken by the government there is a growing demand

for the lawyers. Besides being financially lucrative, Law is an adventurous and thrilling career option.

Some of the personal characteristic that one needs to have to become a good lawyer are; good

intellectual ability to assimilate and analyze facts quickly, excellent communication and presentations

GENERAL INFORMATION

CODE OF CONDUCT

• The Head of the Institutions shall reserve the right to reject any student seeking admission to the Institute keeping

in view the antecedents and conduct of the students.

• The students shall abide by rules & regulations of the University and the Institute. The rules of discipline and

proper conduct shall also be binding on the students.

• During the first week after the classes begin, 100% attendance will be insisted. If a candidate fails to attend the

classes during this period, his/her admission will be offered to the next candidate and fee pai shall be forfeited.

• If a students' name is struck off the rolls due to non-payment of fee and is readmitted later on, his/her attendance

shall not be counted for that period.

• IN case of serious ailment, a student shall have to submit necessary medical certificate immediately after he/she

is fit to join classes and not at the end of academic session, to the Director of the Institution. Each candidate, at the

time of admission, shall sign an undertaking that in the event of his/her leaving the Institution without completing

the course, he/she not claim any refund of fees.

• Candidate seeking admission under reserve categories shall submit relevant certificate/affidavit to substantiate

their claim in the Performa prescribed by the Government / University

• Ragging is strictly prohibited in Institute Campus (As per the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court). If

any incident of ragging comes to the notice of the authority, the concerned student shall be given opportunity to

give satisfactory explanation and if his explanation is not found satisfactory the authority would expel him from the

institute.

• All financial matters will be dealt and finalized at Head Office, Ghaziabad.

• All legal matters will be decided in the Jurisdiction of Ghaziabad Court.

1. Each student must follow the dress code of the Institute.

2. Each student must ensure 75% attendance in the classes of Academic session.

3. Each students must have his/her identify card in the Institute.

4. Each student is advised not to wear costly jewellery gold, silver ornaments etc. in the Institute. The Institute is nor

responsible for the loss of such Jewellery or ornaments. Each student is expected to take care of his/her costly

belonging.

5. Students are not allowed to use Mobile Phone in Classrooms, Library, Corridors, Stair etc.

6. Students are not allowed to sit in the lawns, corridors and stair cases etc.

7. For all the important and relevant information the students should refer to the notice board of the institute. The

Institute is not bound to provide information to the Students individually.

8. Rules of Transport, Library, Sports department, Computer Lab must be strictly followed by the students.

9. Proper discipline should be maintained in the class-rooms as well as in the College premises. Strict action will be

taken against indiscipline students.

10. Damage tot he college Property will invite actions such as fine recovery of the cost of property and expulsions

from the Institute.

11. All Categories of intoxicants and Tobacco Products are strictly prohibited in the Premises of the Institute. Strict

action will be taken against the students who found guilty of using of these Products.

12. Ragging, indecent comments, misconduct harassment, eve-teasing of girl student's, Women faculty and staff

members and anti-Social activities is quarreling , shouting etc. Strict action will be taken against student's who

found guilty of these action.

13. Outsiders are not allowed to meet the students during their classes. Proper permission is required to meet the

students after their classed are over.

14. All the Students shall be bound by the rules and regulations framed by the Institute and the University from time

to time at any stage.

15. Every Student of the Institute is required to sign an undertaking to abide by its rules and regulations and code of

conduct in the Institute at the time of registration or before the commencement of the academic session.

Important Instructions Regarding Admission1. Candidate should apply on the prescribed Application Form in their own hand correctly. If any information

provided in the Application Form is found to be incorrect at any stage, the admission to the course shall

automatically stand cancelled.

2. Admission of students, against reserve category shall be as per criteria laid down by the concerned University /

U.P. Govt. the relative merit of students in their category will be determined with in the category only.

3. The Director shall have the right to reject the candidature of any student without assigning any reasons.

4. Candidate shall abide by the Rules & Regulations of the Institute & will not indulge in any activity, which will spoil

the good name of the Institute.

5. Student will be required to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% of delivered lectures in each paper and

laboratory classes which will constitute the basic eligibility for each semester examination. However, some of

the shortage in attendance in case of students representing the Institute in extra-curricular and youth activities

with prior permission of the Director can be considered as Duty leave for the period student participated in such

activities.
