We are living in globalization era which is full of
opportunities and challenges both. Those who could
adopt and adapt it with the pace of change will be
benefitted and those who do not will remain lag behind.
Confronting these risks and challenges can be only from
the group of dynamic leaders. The world behind us is
witnessing rapid change in every aspects of
organizational life and management education is no
exception. In order to be future ready, management
education in India has to be able to anticipate the future and carve out appropriate strategies and programs
to enable students to be able to meet the challenges of tomorrow. Therefore, the objective of management
education, in our view, is not to set a 'benchmark' with best in class but to equip students who could cater the
professional values for the true Human Resource Development in the society at large.
We, at Janhit are committed to this endeavor. The college fosters and nurtures students in such a way that
they could create a difference in the corporate world with their passion and enthusiastic approach. “Striving
to excel” is our Mantra by which students inculcate the business ethics for excellence in their domain area.
We have linkage with industries which provides the support to our students in the form of guest lectures,
trainings & placement, orientation and valuable inputs.
We hope we would be able to make our modest contribution in helping students to be efficient managers,
technocrats and excellent leaders; and above all, a self responsible, self-disciplined and good human
being. We invite you to join us in our endeavor that we have initiated to undertake.
