consumption and for CO2 emissions.

Welcome to your Smart Home

The Loxone Smart Home concept resides

in the automatic operation of the house.

The Smart Home thinks for you. Knows

which lights should be turned on, what

music is going to play and the ambient

temperature you prefer is in each room

during and at different times of the day.

The feeling that the whole house is in

harmony, adapting to your daily life,

saving time on controls that can be

perfectly automated.

Security for you and yours

The house always keeps one eye open,

creating an invisible shield that will

detect if someone wants to access the

home without authorization at night or

while you are on vacation. The presence

simulator makes it easier to activate

blinds, lights and audio to play a key role

in deterring possible intruders when the

house is empty.

The alarm system causes a quick reaction

from the house and immediate

notification directly to your Smartphone.

Control energy consumption

Saving is another key feature,

automatically regulating the heating and

cooling system of each room when we

leave the house or when windows are

opened. The lighting is turned off if no

one is detected and the blinds work to

avoid overheating in summer or to aid

heating by letting in the sun's heat in

winter.

Pushbuttons and display

The automation of the house relieves you

of manually controlling a multitude of

systems. Pushbuttons in each room

facilitate quick access to specific controls

such as changing the predefined

lighting environment, changing the

position of all the blinds in the room at a

specific time or manage the audio (see

section "Ease of use")

Additionally, you have at your disposal

the Loxone Smart Home App that you

can download for free on your Android or

iOS Smartphone and tablet (as well as

web viewing from any browser).

From this App you can edit the lighting

environments, choose which lights to

activate in a specific environment, at

what intensity and color, indicating a

fixed color or a sequence of colors that

change over time that you specify.

The Automatic Rules Designer also allows

you to create useful automations in your

day-to-day life, such as making a specific

blind lower if rain is detected.

The Smartphone becomes the perfect

accessory for your home. Whether you

are inside it or away, you have the

visualization of your Smart Home

available. See the status of the devices,

consult the statistics and carry out any

remote control.

Your Smart Home, your data

The personal data and the program are

protected by various firewalls and security

mechanisms incorporated in the Loxone

Miniserver. This system never sends data

to the Cloud for control, but saves them

directly in the Miniserver, for this reason,

you can always control the home locally,

even if you don't have internet

The intelligent management of a home with automation supposes a reduction in the consumption of lighting, air conditioning or water But even more importantly, it also controls the cost of household appliances.Because although it may not seem like it, it is precisely these elements that lead to higher energy consumption.
