Notice of Determinations under Part XVI

PERIODIC

The Minister of State for Industry and Commerce Senator, John N. Button, in pursuance of Section

273B(2) of the Customs Act 1901, notifies that Determinations have been made under Part XVI of that

Act, as appended in the Table hereto.

The Table specifies:-

(i) The Tariff item under Which the application was considered;

(ii) The kind(s) of goods to which the Determination applies and, where applicable, the

conditions specified in the Determination the commencing date of the Determination and the

Notice of Determinations under Part XVI

The Minister of State for Industry and Commerce, Senator John N. Button, in pursuance of Section

273B(2) of the Customs Act 1901, notifies that Determinations have been made under Part XVI of thatAct, as appended in the Table hereto.

The Minister of State for Industry and Commerce, Senator John

Determinations

N. Button, in pursuance of Section

2738(2) of the Customs Act 1901, notifies that have been made under Part XVI of that

Act, revoking earlier Determinations referred to in the Table appended hereto.

As a consequence of the revocations herein notified, the relative references to the Determinations

concerned which have been included in the departmental publication "Consolidated By -law References ",

and which are more particularly identified in the Table, have been cancelled.

The Table specifies: -

(i) Tariff item under which the application was considered;

(ii) The kind(s) of goods to which the Determination applies, the commencing date of the

Determination and the By -law number;

(iii) The item in Schedules 3 or 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1982 as proposed to be amended which

shall apply to the goods and the validity date (date of cancellation). Where the item is

shown in the form of 4 figures or more it is an item of Schedule 3 and where a 2 figure item

is shown it is an item of Schedule 4.
