The Marlowes is the principle retail offer in Hemel Hempstead, situated close to the famous Jellicoe Water Gardens and vibrant high street market.

Our £13 million scheme to redevelop the centre was recentlyapproved by Dacorum Borough council. The plans include anine-screen cinema, recently let to Empire Cinemas, a wide rangeof new restaurants and shops, and a renovated interior. The NorthMall entrance will also be remodelled, serving as the primary arrivalpoint for the new leisure hub.

WORKS INCLUDED INTERNAL REFURBISHMENT, THE

INTRODUCTION OF NEW PAUSE POINTS, IMPROVED

PARKING WITH NEW DEDICATED PARENT PARKING ZONE,

NEW TOILETS, PARENT & BABY FACILITIES, AND THE

FIRST PHASE OF OUR FREE CHILDREN’S PLAY AREA. THE

CHANGES HAD A DRAMATIC EFFECT, WITH Q4 YEAR ON

YEAR FOOTFALL GROWING BY 5.5%, FAR OUTPERFORMING THE NATIONAL AVERAGE.
