LEASING
LEASING
“Working with Capital & Regional has been excellent, they’re very passionate about their business and focussed on what they want to achieve so it’s been very easy
working with them and coming up with the ideas and leases.
What influenced us to open at Exchange was the passion
Capital & Regional had to develop the scheme, and the focus of
putting in a family focussed zone. We’re very excited to be opening a store there, it’s going to be a really
good year for us there I think.”
Andrew Milner-Walker, Head of Property, The Entertainer
