• Our time is marked by economic globalization, which leads to the strengthening of ties between the countries in various fields.

• Foreign language, as well as native, does not exist in isolation in the community and can not live their own lives. It is closely linked with all spheres of society: economics, politics, art, education, military affairs, etc., reflecting the mentality and culture of the country it represents.

• Modern professional should regularly read books on topics of interest to him not only in Russian but also foreign languages in order to be aware of the latest developments.

• Without knowledge of a foreign language (especially English) is practically impossible today to claim a higher job status, and even more to get a prestigious, high-paying job, hence the strong desire of the students to master the speech activity in a foreign language.
