PERSONA

User A!Age: 68 years’ old!Sex: Male!Situation: !Walking stick is not enough for helping him to walk. !Usually he uses the frame with wheels or similar products to support him.!And he doe not need the nurse to be around him all the time.!

!Task!He can use the walking aid to do some simple activities!•  Get out of the bed and stand up!•  Go to toilet!•  Take food and drink from dining room!

!Environment!Ward, Toilet, Aisle…!

Frustrations from the frame with wheels !

!

•  When he wants to use walking frame to get out of the bed by walking frame with frame, it is far from the bed. So he has to call for the nurse.!

•  The foreleg is easy to raise when he uses the walking frame to stand up which is dangerous for him.!

•  The frame with wheels is not safe because it is too flexible.!

•  It does not have place to hold stuff.!
