What is a condominium?
A condominium, or condo, is the form of housing tenure and other real property where a specified part of a piece of real estate (usually of an apartment house) is individually owned. Use of land access to common facilities in the piece such as hallways, heating system, elevators, and exterior areas are executed under legal rights associated with the individual ownership. These rights are controlled by the association of owners that jointly represent ownership of the whole piece.
My idea Is to design a small condominium can fit in 70x50, designed for people who can't afford larger spaces and they're getting interest from young professionals, in this following location

Why in this specific land?
It’s is located nearby commercial ,recreation, education , institutional and tourism area, which the perfect and the most convenient for a person who lives in a residential area, also the easy accessibility to these buildings with a friendly walkability , and due to they are residential building nearby the site which makes it a friendly environment for the surrounding.
Condominiums offer services and facilities to condo owners such as maintenance repairs, lawn care, pools, gyms and club houses. Condo owners have to abide by the regulations and policies of the condominium’s homeowners association which often include: annual condo membership fees, maintaining a specific type of appearance outside of the condo and pet restrictions.
The overlook of the units

The condominium
The entrance Upon entering the premise, residents and visitors have to go through a security check. There will be a guard house at the main entrance of the condominium at the entrance as an act of safety.
Buildings It’s divided to 2 blocks within 4 levels each 10x20 size
When decorating a small space, home decor, shabby chic, urban living, 1 multi functional Effectively Using Space You Have This can be applied to many areas with in your decor It could be applied to furniture storage.

Swimming pool Is located at the top of each block to enhance the view of the surrounding area with the green style.
The lake Lake was designed to add the beauty to the space and to have a cool, relaxing micro-climate.
Gym People to take care of their own health, to serve the needs of killing time, losing weight, and to build your body etc…

For people to gather and add beauty of the walking area
Visitor parking Provided to visitor (people want to meet their friends and etc…)
Benefits &impact
Benefits of amenities, enhanced security, increased affordability and ease of maintenance. Features differ from project to project but can include high-tech security surveillance, heated underground parking, recreation and fitness facilities, plus the convenience of not having to shovel snow or cut grass.
Another benefits of small condo living is that it forces you to take stock of what you need exactly. You won’t have room for everything you want so you need to learn to prioritize and identify what’s really important to you. More often than not this means sticking to the basics, the bare minimum you require to survive from day to day, and working your way up from there when you still have room to spare.
Regardless of condo sizes and structure, the building administration will do what it can to keep you safe and protected within the premises. This will surely put you at ease but there’s nothing like seeing for yourself that you’re safe to really give you peace of mind. You immediately see the entirety of a small unit when you enter the door so a quick scan is mostly what you’ll need to assess if everything is in its place. It also won’t take more than five seconds to get from your door to the bedroom so you can just as quickly check the room as the rest of your unit.
A smaller condo translates to smaller monthly PAYMENTS which is probably what you can just afford at the moment. While you may have grandiose dreams of moving into a bigger place someday, a smaller unit is nothing to scoff at. Project description
My aim in this project is to build a residential area, which is a micro condo (small condominium) in Jalan Platinum 7/52, Seksyen 7, Shah Alam,Selangor Darul Ehsan with 2 blocks of buildings same height and width .To enhance the usage of space and to help people to get closer to their jobs and all their daily needs, can provide enough space for the surrounding and the people who lives in it.
