JD Misalignment – the job is different from what was promised on the Job Description.

Have your EP meet with the TN manager and the TN Taker Responsible to discuss job responsibilities. If this is unsuccessful, your EP can request to be placed on a new project (XPP: 6.2.3 & 4.6.1-G)

Basic Work Conditions – the TN Taker does not provide adequate working conditions, which makes the EP’s job impossible.

Have your EP meet with the TN manager and the TN Taker Responsible to see how basic working conditions can be improved. This may include the provision of new materials or a physical working space. If this is unsuccessful, your EP can request to be placed on a new project (XPP: 6.2.3 & 4.6.1-J)

Check on your EPs at least once per week!(Mandated by 4.5.4.1 of the XPP!)
