As part of its efforts to support young female lawyers, WILEF offers a leadership coaching service, which is provided exclusively by Ellen Ostrow, PhD. Ellen Ostrow is an experienced executive coach and psychologist who has helped hundreds of attorneys throughout the world improve their leadership skills and advance their careers.

WILEF Offers Leadership Coaching to Young Female Attorneys

The leadership coaching service offered through WILEF is a flexible service that can be tailored to help each participant meet her specific career goals. Depending on the individual, coaching can be geared toward developing strategic relationships, increasing one’s assertiveness, overcoming obstacles such as gender bias, and developing a leadership presence, among other things. Although most coaching sessions take place over the phone, Dr. Ellen Ostrow offers in-person sessions whenever possible.
