Introduction As a professional recruiter for fast-paced technology

companies, Scott Robarge’s job has changed with the latest tools that find talented employees for firms. One of these tools Scott Robarge uses is Greenhouse’s new Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), which makes the hiring process much simpler.

Greenhouse’s new approach creates a hiring plan, conducts interviews, develops interview kits, gathers feedback, and more. The software also places this information into job ads and referral and social media campaigns. These new features change the role of recruiting agents.
