1. Our Beginning:
May 2003 saw the start of Covenant with a vision of building an HR Organization which would enable ordinary people come together to do the extraordinary . Covenant started in a make shift garage with a capital of Rs 150 to kindle the flame that has caught up so fast. In a matter of 10 years, Covenant has emerged as a leader in the HR industry servicing Corporates get the right talent.
Covenant is headquartered in Chennai, India and offers HR Services to customers across the globe. Our energetic, committed team has a depth and diversity of experience, with competence in fields as varied as humanities, engineering, technology, marketing and business management.
