DESCRIPTION
E-JASA goal is to bring together life sciences professionals of different cultural identity or business expertise as a collective group to work towards the promotion of equality of opportunity. In other words, our core value and driver is to support men and women of all ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds in their career path within life sciences industry (with a strong focus on pharma). We believe that diversity empowers the societies and businesses. Our aim is to make sure that people communicate to each other. They need to know that they are always people willing to help them on any topic.

What is E-JASA• Electronic Joint Action for Scientific Accomplishment
• Refers to "Ijaza", the first ever degree created in 931 a.c. in Medical Sciences to validate medical training and give the status of Professorship.
• E-JASA is a non-profit networking organization that connects people working in the life science industry.
• As communication and enrollment tool, we use mainly Social Media (Linkedin) and our website (to be finalized in April 2011). – We have presently 93 members across Europe !!
• Official Association to be created in Switzerland in March 2011
