This  gate-­‐fold  Career  Tools  brochure  I  designed  was  also  printed,  trimmed  and  folded  in-­‐house  and  given  as  a  take-­‐along  piece  to  potential  recruits.

Multi-­‐Media  Marketing  Campaigns  –  Testimonial  Recruiting  Campaign    

Berkshire  Hathaway  HomeServices  Select  Properties  Testimonial  Recruiting  Campaign  included  a  postcard  directing  people  to  the  recruiting  website,  an  ecard  with  links  to  video  and  the  website,  and  supporting  social  media  and  website  images.  This  campaign  went  on  for  about  16  weeks  with  all  items  going  out/up  every  two  weeks,  each  with  a  different  agent  or  team  testimonial.         Social  Media  Cover  Image

Charity  Marketing  Materials    I’ve  assisted  national  charities  to  create  awareness  and  acquire  donations.  In  particular  I’ve  helped  support  Sunshine  Kids,  a  national  organization  for  children  with  cancer.  I’ve  created  marketing  materials  to  promote  fund-­‐raising  events  and  have  assisted  with  the  events  including:  trivia  nights,  golf  tournaments,  Left-­‐Right-­‐Center  tournaments  and  the  run/walk  event  shown.

Content/SEO  Strategies    What  is  the  purpose  of  all  your  marketing  efforts  if  no  one  sees  them?  Things  have  changed  a  lot  in  the  past  decade  that  I’ve  been  studying  search  engine  optimization;  the  latest  and  greatest  strategy  is  dependent  on  good,  original  content.    I  also  understand  search  engine  placement  strategies.    Some  website  content  I’ve  helped  create  includes:  area  food  trucks,  area  wineries,  fall  craft  fair  events,  Halloween  events,  holiday  events,  St.  Louis  neighborhoods  pages  and  more.  The  neighborhoods  pages  contain  area  info,  articles/blogs  with  key  phrases,  videos  &  photos  (tagged  appropriately),  and  behind-­‐the-­‐scenes  meta  tags  and  keywords.      At  right  is  a  sample  neighborhood  page  that  contains:    

• Blog/article  –  with  key  phrases    • Link  to  video  –  on  youtube    • Area  Information    • Photos  –  inbound  linked  from  Flickr.com    • Homes  for  Sale  in  the  area  –  what  we’re  selling  

   With  a  photography  minor  and  lots  of  experience,  I’m  able  to  take  the  photos  and  video  required  for  creating  great  online  content.      

Technology  Training  –  Sample  1    I’ve  shared  my  technical  knowledge  in  ways  to  help  it  be  easily  digestible  including  creating  training  materials,  training  videos  and  a  weekly  blog/tech  tip  to  keep  people  informed.

I  really  like  infographics.  They  give  great  information  in  well-­‐designed  images.  Here  is  one  I  created.    It  was  shared  on  social  media  and  below  created  into  a  flyer  for  potential  recruits.    

Corporate  Events    

I’ve  assisted  with  events  ranging  from  50  to  350  people.    Event  items  I’ve  helped  with  include:  a  theme,  venue,  decorations,  invitations  created,  printed  &  distributed,  30-­‐50  page  booklets  designed  and  printed,  procuring  prizes,  speakers,  PowerPoint  presentations  to  go  along  with  speakers,  the  coordination  of  food  and  catering,  music,  a  musician  or  entertainment,  goodie  bags  and  coordination  of  vendors  to  promote  themselves  and  help  pay  for  the  event.
