Summary: Cristo Leon is the Interim Associate Director of e-Learning for Ocean County College. In this role, Cristo

helps build online courses, while improving Web Content Management and Digital Asset Managementprocesses. Cristo’s experiences have included leading organizational development trainings, marketing plans,and innovation projects for organizations including: Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity, Ocean CountyCollege, Sussex Community College, Monterrey Institute of Technology & Higher Education, and the Universityof Veracruz. Most recently, Cristo oversaw business development for the Monterrey Institute of Technology &Higher Education. Cristo also developed and facilitated courses for the same university in Latin America for C-Level executives of corporations including: Chedraui Inc., Coca-Cola Femsa, PEMEX, Continental, Adelca,SemMaterials, Claro, Adecco.

Previously, Cristo served as the Director of Innovation for the University of Veracruz. Leading a group of 40professionals in the creation of learning tools for K12 schools. Experience that prepared him to leadmulticultural teams. In addition, Cristo was the Resident Director for the International Studies Abroad office inXalapa, México. He was responsible for coordinating intercultural immersion programs, travels and culturalactivities for American students.

Career Highlights:• Improved student communication processes for Ocean Country College. The e-Learning class sections had a 10% total increase and

a 5.86% out of county growth over the previous year for a total of 8,201 enrolled students in 2014.

• Coordinated the Ocean County College partnership and participation of the RUOnline 2015 conference with Rutgers, NJIT, Pearson and NJEdge.

• Improved Web Content Management and Digital Asset Management processes for Ocean County College that resulted in a 23% increase in views to our website.

• Enhanced the Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity (NOHFH) brand awareness and exposure through website redesign and social media interactions, which contributed to obtain a $400K grant from the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund and a $150K grant from the Robin Hood Foundation.

• Trained the first generation of the International Certification in Digital Marketing in Quito Ecuador in 2013, Monterrey Institute ofTechnology & Higher Education.

• Developed learning objects for K-12 that clarified the concepts of Math, Nature, Biology, Spanish Grammar and History, by implementing 2D, 3D, animation and multimedia, University of Veracruz.
