•  Our  system  is  extremely  fast  to  build  and  can  represent  a  savings  in  labor  and  material  of  approximately  40-­‐50%.  

•  Methods  of  Manufacturing  are  approved    approved  by  ASTM  E330  and  has  received  recogni>on  by  the  U.N.D.P.-­‐  United  Na>on  Development  Program    

•  Our  system  does  not  use  expensive  and  limited  resources  such  as  those  found  in  conven>onal  construc>on,  such  as  water,  wood  or  concrete  blocks.  

•  Unitech  Building  Systems  has  the  capabili>es  to  act  as  a:    –  Master  Planner  &  Designer  –  Builder  and  Supplier  &  –  Construc>on  Manager
