The following is a record of what was done during the past week and a forecast of the next week.....

A General Note before we start- New premisesThe new premises.... Most works have now been completed- well done to all for their efforts done. The following is to be done before we can say we are really ready! Next week the new furniture comes for the design and commissioning offices.. So we re nearly done here too!a) Air Conditioning controls with JACEb) Re installation of all wall mounted items in tech area.

This area is to be made a show case and it is to reflect organisation and technology

c) Automation system integrated with lighting and the other systems installed

A General Note before we start- Some General Notes•There will be another activity on Friday 8th July- sailing club and a taster on MoonDance Sailing yacht... Can all people coming confirm their presence .. We will fill you in with further details on exact timings later on in the week•Welcome to Martin to our Team ESI group... Dalma and Andrew are pending my invites.•As of tomorrow we will have 2 new interns- Margarita Ivelinova Nakova and Martin Yanev. Margarita (Bulgarian Nationality) will be assisting me with my administration tasks and also accounts department. Martin (Bulgarian Nationality) will be assisting JGa at MDH hospital. Both of them are going to stay with us till 30nd September 2016.

Projects and deadlines• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and

15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring. We have managed to commission basic closed loop controls ... Next would be the full commissioning of the CVA can you confirm when this will be completed. The new VSD for EF48 has been built and installed - we have a new PO for the construction of a further drive AHU31... We will now start ordering and design for this

• 15_033_Westin_7-AHU- Most of the T&C should by now be completed. Pending is documentation CCI I would like a target date on the completion here

• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- We have made progress on commissioning here- we are stuck on a lot of issues by the client – We must do all we can to close items which are our control- we will soon be under pressure to conclude what we can here

Projects and deadlines• 12_027- Parliament We now need to proceed on

all pending issues down to ESI (Original contract- Server software, Intruder alarm mainly)

• 13_070- SCM Lagoona Plant room – DSH we need to identify which is the date when we can conclude all installations possible here

• 15_041- Vibrant Qatar - has been concluded and we now have to close off all as fitted and O&M as well as assist in creating a VPN with site- A very very well done to all who made this a successful overseas endeavour.

Development and Commissioning• Parliament project - NEXT IS TO TACKLE SNAGS ON

PARLIAMENT so as to close off the whole job • The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A

PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• 12_043_Life Sciences – Collecting the KWhr monthly data and finishing off what we can is a huge urgency- we need to start on water meter commissioning

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

Development and Commissioning• OTM urgent jobs and snags – P12/ Tank Field 3• CCA Villa - AC snags and ILPS. • Oncology 14_066- We have done most of the

work here and are waiting from Panta on this• Aurobindo we are proceeding with software

development and we have done quite some progress –we need to conclude whatever we can here

Development and Commissioning• 16_004_Microbiz_PW_Otis_Interface- is now urgent and

must meet our deadlines- we have fixed the commissioning dates in the US here- Flights out on 11th July 2016

• 14_081_Siggiewi School- Lets move on concluding issues related to Data acquisition and analysis.... We need good data to prove our systems- CCI we need to assess the data requirements of the client and report back

• 16_017_BMIT_DAC- We have done first and second fix and now need to proceed to commission

• 16_011_Intruder_UOM- we need to plan on completion dates

Sales and Business Development• We have been working on a quote for Actavis,

2 other Home automation projects and a quote for OTM for the change over of their PLC/Operating system and re writing of their core software

• New projects won Nestle - 15_039, Hilton VSD for AHU31

Data, data and more data• We have a lot of projects which are giving us a lot

of data and I would like to start telling “stories” by data

• I have received feedback required and will now be normalizing this data to make it presentable and analyse it

Team ESI- Reminders• I sent out some e mails to some of you to give me

feedback on what tools and instruments you have so as to have a log of everyone- I ve sent reminders to who is pending on this task

• Quality questions for new employees – I sent these out and need them returned by 13th July 2016

• Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats... I would like all your feedback by end of June 2016. I received feedback from only one of you and will wait till mid July maybe I will get some more feedback... To remind you this is where we are till now....

Weaknesses> ESI does not know competitors well> Lack of direction within ESI (No mission and objectives)> Present staff de motivation> Lack of strategy for the future> Structure, leadership style and culture need to be changed> No HR systems in place> Develop new premises
