Q&AQ: When can I start qualifying for cash awards and car bonuses?A: February, 2009.

Q: How do I qualify for cash awards?A: Increase your personal paid-as title (with minimum required legs and QV2) above your highest

personal title achieved through December 2008 (not January 2009).

Q: What happens if I jump to the next cash award level before my full cash award is paid out?A: In this case, you would begin receiving the highest cash award. As long as you maintain the title you

will be eligible for all qualified lower title cash awards. These will be paid out monthly in order of descending title.

Q: What happens if I drop to a lower level before my full cash award is paid out? A: You can still qualify to receive the full cash award by coming back to that cash award level again or

to receive a bigger award by coming back to a higher level. All IPCs who qualify in 2009 will have at least 4 months to receive the full payouts. If you qualify in October-December 2009, you will have through January-March 2010 to receive all four payments.

Q: How do I receive the bonus payments?A: Cash bonus payments will be included with your monthly Unilevel payment. Outside the U.S., the

amount will be converted based on average monthly exchange rate.

Q&AQ: Who can qualify for the car bonus and how? A: The car bonus is paid to personal paid-as Triple Diamond Pearls, Double Diamond Pearls, and Diamond

Pearl Elites. To qualify, increase your personal paid-as title above your highest personal title achieved through December 2008. Current personal paid-as Triple Diamond Pearls qualify automatically.

Q: After I qualify for the car bonus, do I still receive the car bonus if my personalpaid-as title drops?

A: Yes, as long as you are at least a personal paid-as Triple Diamond Pearl, Double Diamond Pearl, or Diamond Pearl Elite, you will receive the car bonus associated with that title. But if you fall below a personal paid-as Diamond Pearl Elite, you must increase your highest personal paid-as title again to receive the car bonus.

Q: Is this our standard recognition and incentive program moving forward?A: The title cash awards are a 2009 promotion only, except the Marquesas Club, Nuku Hiva Club, and Bora

Bora Club – these are permanent. After 2009, the title cash awards will be evaluated for effectiveness and value. The other elements of the Success Program are part of our new standard recognition program; this includes title recognition, the car bonus program, and the three awards mentioned above.

Q: In order to be invited to the events I've qualified for, what status do I need to maintain between the time I qualify and the time the event is held?

A: For Pearl Camp, you need to maintain CAS active status. For Diamond Pearl Camp/Outrigger, you need to maintain CAS status and at least Personal Paid-as Jade title. For Black Pearl Club, you need to maintain CAS status and at least Personal Paid-as Pearl title. For Marquesas Club and above, you need to maintain CAS status and at least Personal Paid-as Diamond Pearl title.
