Who are typically the participants of our program?

– The programs are designed for employees from across the whole enterprise; executives, leaders, managers, team leaders and all other employees. The programs can be provided to a group of 3 to 200+ employees.

– We split the groups typically into teams of 3 people, which is the optimal size for creative teams

– Ideally the mix of group is highly diverse, representing different hierarchical levels and different disciplines to foster the creative clash.

What is the location?

– The location can be our THNK home in Amsterdam or any other location you prefer around the globe

– We can support the delivery of our program with our online formats
