People.Your job as a business leader is to recruit, retain and develop the best people you can

and continually put them in the best positions for success.

Product.You need to have a myopic focus on your product strategy.

If you’re delivering a service “productize it.”

3 criteria to guide your product efforts:

1. Is there clear market demand?

2. Do we have a sustainable differentiation?

3. Can we produce it with an acceptable margin?

If your answers aren’t yes to all 3, you don’t have your product strategy right.

Process.In “Knowledge" work, creating, refining and managing process is the key to generating scale.

Performance.Performance is a trailing indicator of the success of your People, Product and Process work.

Measure your success in these areas and then measure and manage your performance.

Daily Habits.We are the sum of what we do everyday. Not what we thought about doing.

Not what we wanted to do. Not what we did the day before. Not what someone else did.
