Innovation is valued and Mustek is continually looking for new products for traditional markets as well as introducing products from emerging technologies. Key focus areas: • Grow the tablet business by offering a range of products to meet the needs of the aspirational, entry level and mass markets. • Acquire further products in emerging technologies – fibre, networking, security and surveillance, cloud computing and volume licensing.• Continue to grow Mustek’s broad-based distribution network.• Continue to differentiate Mustek as a value added solutions provider, not merely a distributor.• Focus on operational efficiencies and cost management by optimising internal processes through the implementation of a structured service management system informed by key service principles.• Promote Mustek’s service capabilities as a stand-alone brand.• Focus on equity in the workplace through empowerment initiatives and management of our Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment status • Empower and facilitate development of Mustek’s staff on a continual basis• Achieve measurable departmental goals as reviewed at least annually • Manage our environmental performance in compliance with applicable environmental legislation.
