One HR Indonesia is a non-profit community of HR society and professional circle that formed from a unique messenger group named HR Ting Ting (HR Penting Ngga Penting) in 2010. The group is focused on HR Knowledge Management and has its vision and mission to develop the HR industry in Indonesia. The activities which have been conducted such as regular HR best practice sharing from various industries, HR Goes to Campus, HR Survey, esc.

One HR Indonesia has members more than 100 HR professionals from various level of management in HR department in different organizations and industries. The group has established a good and strong communication between its members and also HR Communities in Indonesia. In the long run, One HR Indonesia aims to be a role model of HR professional communities in Indonesia and Asia Pacific to help its members and HR professionals to be role model leaders for HR Business Partners in many industries and companies/ organizations.

Theme

AFTA or ASEAN Free Trade Area is agreement between some countries in ASEAN to reduce intra regional tariff with one certain scheme (free trade competition at regional level) that will be open in 2015.

They are Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore,Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.

So when AFTA will be open in 2015, Indonesia have to be prepare to compete with other countries in ASEAN. How to prepare Indonesia people through our human resources? What kind of strategy and what kind of leadership that can be applied in Indonesia? How to see from business and HR strategy to prepare Free Trade Competition? To answer that questions, therefore we invite CEO, CHRO, government and association to discuss in CHRO Forum

CHRO ForumDay 2. Mega Workshop: Step by Step Approach in Business and HR Transformation Alignment

The dynamics of global competition and business growth require a new paradigm and competencies of human resource (HR) practitioners. HR functions need to understand the evolution of business challenges and corresponding business strategies. HR primary role will have to move away from cost centre and become a business partner, and evolve from administrative expert to a strategic partner. Business and HR transformation alignment is imperative. Further, HR practitioners must develop the right competencies to execute the alignment. This one day Mega Workshop will explore and share the latest issues in business strategy and growth, and step by step approach in aligning HR strategy and value proposition to support the business strategy. Practical tools and templates will be discussed to provide participants with executable concepts. Various research-based concepts will be presented. Led fully by Suwardi Luis, Indonesia’s pioneer and guru of strategy execution and alignment, participants will go through dynamic, action learning experience.
