TV Guide Plan•Channels are placed on the top column

•Programmes are placed below the name of the channels

•Miniature pictures of people who are involved in the programmes

•Light square shades are used to show sense of organisation over programmes this makes it easier for the reader to find new programmes and programmes they want to watch

•On the top right hand page there is a column purely on advice for readers what to watch

•The colour scheme is very limited this makes it clearer to read

Image Ideas for TV listing

This idea is good as it can easily be taken, but to get a willing actor may cause problems. Due to this we will not choose this idea.

This image is also easy to create but also aesthetically pleasing, so we will use this idea.

This is the hardest of all the ideas, due to availability to food and actors, so we will not use this.

We will use this idea due to its lack of difficulty while having high aesthetic standards. We may alter it to litter in the backgarden.

Location Scouting

We decided not to use this mise en scene because it is not formal enough for a Psychologist. For example the poster of the money playing on a ball.

Page 17: Planning

Location ScoutingWe decided to use this location.

•The mise en scene is appropriate.

•Timetable and book shelf with Psychology books, papers, computer desk, chair connotes it is an office of a well qualified Psychologist.

One problem with this is the image and the mother and child along with timetable which signifies he is a teacher when he is meant to be a psychologist

Location Scouting

Again we decided not to use this location, as we would prefer a location on a hill.

Page 19: Planning

Location Scouting

We decided not to use this location as the features on the floor are not what we are looking for.

Page 20: Planning

We decided to use this location as the floors anchor that it is in a school.

Location Scouting

Location Scouting

We decided not to use this location. Firstly because the canteen is too big and there is no connotations of a school.

Contingency plan

•If something goes wrong we will immediately try to protect our equipment and data on the cassette so we do not loose it.

•We will then try to back up our information and see what the damage is.

•If the footage is ruined to such an extent, we will plan another time to go out and film.

•We will make sure to get the same actors wearing the same outfits to ensure continuity.
