To quickly produce an accurate costing, type into each line or right-click and select from drop-down lists for “Raw Materials”, “Bought-in Items” and “Stock Products/Services”
These lists save time and improve accuracy. You can pre-set mark-ups and choose detailed specifications from the database
If appropriate, you can integrate familiar spreadsheets – the figure in a specified cell is brought into the quote as a price and a warning shows when changes are made
Planability ETI supports the speedy production of accurate costings with back-up specification sheets selected from pre-set texts which may be used as they are or amended for the job
Creating a new enquiry record in Planability ETI takes a few seconds. Simultaneously, the system creates a set of job folders to contain all job-related information.
Emails, drawings, photos, CAD data, site surveys, health & safety information and all other internal/external documents are filed under the job number, making them easy to find, retrieve and use.
Folder names & designated contents are tailored as required
