Through seeing a few basic statistics of these two cities, factors such as population of students doesn’t directly affect how many people graduate with a bachelors or higher. Similar conclusions can be drawn about the data, but being that the unemployment rate is about the same I would feel comfortable in both states. (Being a Film Major There is a very clear decision and that would be of California)
