Encourage students to work in teams in order to improve their

interpersonal skills, interactive skills and socializing skills.

Maintain a good relation with students to create a conducive

learning environment and this will enable students to discuss their

ideas about their studies easily with the teachers.

Tailor my questioning style to the different ability levels of students

in my classroom

Increase the involvement of students through the use of more

student-centred teaching techniques such as imparting problem

based learning,simulation,modelling and etc.

To produce a student who demonstrates critical thinking and who

will pose questions when new information does not agree with their

current understanding, and look for further sources of evidence to

support the new idea if necessary.

To enable a deep understanding of the content and able to make

connections between various concepts and apply multiple concepts

to a single problem when needed.
