Individuals who want to reach their goals at work more easily and who face situations in which being articulated, influencing and selling are critical for not only sales but also project approvals, presentations, salary negotiations, job interviews, etc. Why My Best Sale? In our workplace most of us agree with one or more of the following: My sales are stuck My ideas rarely get through in meetings I know how to save my company a fortune, if only I could get the project approved I am fearful of presentations, I feel out of control I’ve deserved a pay raised for years, haven’t asked for it yet Why is it? During an average day we all face situations, in which we need to express an idea articulately, identify the people who can help us moving it forward, negotiate with supervisors, direct rapports or peers and get to a solution which benefits all parties involved, i.e. selling. Despite of the fact that the word ‘sale’ makes most of us uncomfortable, we have to sell ourselves in a job interview, sell the benefits of carrying out a project to our boss, sell why we deserve a salary increase or sell our services in front of our customers. Most people have not gone through any sales training though. If you add a global or multinational environment to the equation, a few more ingredients like cultural differences and language barriers need to be considered. The purpose of My Best Sale is to support individuals through the process of getting what they want at their workplace while nurturing work relationships and creating new opportunities.

Who is it for?
