Mobile Gearbox Oil Change System

Our system can deliver ISO 320 viscosity grade gear oil at a rate of

4-6 gallons (15-22 liters) per minute.

Direct Connection to Gearbox

Connect directly to the gearbox to decrease spills and drips.

Eliminate heavy lifting injuries and dangerous spills. This system

makes it easy to vacuum in fresh oil directly from barrels.

On-board Filtration

With the close tolerances inside the gearbox, even brand new

oil is not clean enough to prevent internal damage to gearbox

components. Our system uses a CC Jensen filtration system that

filters the oil to a 16/14/11 ISO cleanliness level.

Heating System

By Heating the oil, pumping pressures are decreased which creates

a safer working environment. The gearbox can operate more

efficiently with less wear when the oil is introduced at or near normal

operating temperatures.
