Gross total salary budget: Rs. 50,000/-pm
Target PlaceYour lease rent target is Rs 50,000/- per month with space being approx 1000 sq feet on ground floor with high visibility.
While selecting space ensure it has a very high level of connectivity like bus terminus/ railways station. Best to be within 3 km/walking distance from place of connectivity.
Trainers Training PoliciesIt is mandatory that staff hired for BudgetBeauty Academy are screened, graded, and trained by BudgetBeauty Corporate Office Offsite/Onsite.
If need be, we will depute our corporate trainers from Mumbai however the franchisee will need to fly them down and bear other incidental cost.
Architectural drawingsThe corporate office provides standard architectural drawing as part of the package.The franchisee needs to get the target premises measured and measurements converted to an Autocad drawing at their end. They also need to take pictures of premises externally and internally.Empanelled design and design audit architects list will be provided the franchisee will need to source their design adaptation from them upon paying recommended design adaptation and design audit fees.
Brand CommunicationMarketing, Advertising, Sales Promotion are to be carried out in accordance the franchisers brand rule book. Pre-press/Pre-fabrication advertising design and artworks are provided upon request and as per need of the franchisee partner and without any extra cost.
Franchisee is expected to publish one advertisement from provided artwork in their local daily announcing the inauguration of their salon.
Banners, newspaper leaflet inserts, participation in local events etc would create consumer pull.

BudgetBeauty Silver Academy is in process of tying up with French Fashion Stylists keep updated BudgetBeauty Hair Design Courses from time to time. The French angle increases the value of BudgetBeauty Certified students.
Time-LineIt takes around 60 days from date of payment realisation to building and inugurating your Academy.
For staffing please inform 30 days prior to inauguration.
It takes around 15 days to complete legalities, produce your interior floor plan balance time you will need to find proper local fabricator and get your academy built in another 45 days.
Our requirements:1. You should be willing to make necessary capital investments.2. Be in a position to operate your Academy according to our rules and
regulation on a day to day basis to provide common touch and feel to other BudgetBeauty Academies coming up at Mumbai..

Royalty Payment 15% of sales receipt
You will need to make provisions for lease rental deposit, cost of interior, cost of tools and equipment. Pan-India average to build a BudgetBeauty SILVER Academy is around Rs 12.5 Lacs all said and done till Inauguration which completes Phase I. In Phase II you will incur only operational expenses. Breakup provided upon contract signing.
Contract period is 5 years, renewable upon mutual consent and by paying franchise renewal fees of Rs 2 Lacs to acquire renewal of next tenure of 5 years.

Serious effort will be made by BudgetBeauty placement cell to place certified students in Branded and Local Salons. Students would also get offers from BudgetBeauty Orange Salon chain and BudgetBeauty Emerald Salon chain for well paying jobs.
Franchisee partner would make effort to place certified students in their own city.
