Our dry filter booth will effectively remove airborne paint particles, through our custom engineering process, to ensure laminar air flow. Highest Quality Finish and Environmentally Safe Our water wash spray booth provides an extremely efficient means for removing paint particles from the exhausted air by using water as a filtration medium by scrubbing. Water wash booths are utilized for high volume paint usage. In addition, water wash booths handle a larger variety of paints as compared to dry filter booths, with a wider range of viscosities and drying speeds of the Paints, as a package with Auto - Dosing Systems.

CFS has specialized in Designing, Engineering & Supplying of Customized Air handling unit as per end-user requirements. It shall be the double-skin units suitable for multiple applications. Self-supporting extruded aluminium frame work with injected PUF insulated panels provides strength & rigidity. AHU’s consists of sequence of Bird mesh, rain water louvers, Filters, Cell-deck media, cooling coil section, Fan unit, heating coil, post filter/HEPA filters with motorized dampers.

All recirculating paint booth systems require some means of removing the detackified / coagulated paintoverspray, which was generate from Water Spray Booth. If the paint solids are allowed to build upwithout removal, the system will begin to suffer from a countless of problems, including: Sludge build-up on booth equipment – resulting in booth balance issues, loss of water flow in critical areas in thesystem, high maintenance costs, etc. Odours emanating from bacteria hiding in the sludge. Highsuspended solids in the booth water – could lead to excessive foaming High costs to removeaccumulated sludge – sludge may be wet/hazardous We offers the scrapping mechanism with floatpump to dispose the sludge very frequently. Our Paint Sludge Removal System[PSRS], consists of aseries of Chamber are used to collect the water from Spray Booth return Stream. The over spray fromComponent gets collected by the water screen and Booth Sludge water tank. The Paint Contaminatedwater contains the Paint Sludge and other particles that are collected in a sludge chamber from the Paintbooth where it is treated and clarified by the chemical agent called Coagulant & Flocculent. Then thePaint sludge float over the layer of water which remove mechanical means of scrapper and the watershall deliver to the common Waste Water Treatment Plant.

The procedure required to obtain a suitably prepared surfacedepend heavily on the type of substrate but in most cases the following steps are requiredDegreasing: 2 mins (50-65℃) 1st Rinsing: 1 min (Room temp.) 2nd Rinsing: 1 min (Room temp.) Surface conditioning: 1 min (Room temp.)Phosphating: 2.5 mins (35-45℃)Final DI Rinsing: 0.5 min(Room temp.)Powder Coating Spray Booth with Cyclone & Powder Collection Unit:The powder booth is an enclosure that is designed to contain the powder application process.A recovery system is to the powder booth shell. The recovery system uses a fan to pull air into the boothand prevent the over-sprayed powder from migrating out of the enclosure. The simplest powder boothsare designed for a single operator to manually apply powder to a stationary product. Other booths aredesigned so that parts can be conveyed through the enclosure.Conveyorized systems may be designed for manual application from two sides, automatic application, ora combination of both, depending on the system requirements. The particular style, size and number ofpowder booths needed is related to the product size, the available space, the amount of capital and thevolume of product to be coated.Conveyorized Baking Unit - Dry - Off Oven/Curing Oven.Both the dry off and curing oven is an enclosure with an entrance and exit that has heated air circulatingthrough a supply duct and returning to the fan to be re-circulated. The basic components are theinsulated walls, supply duct, and burner box (fan and heat source). The heat energy produced by naturalgas (or fuel, electricity, coal, etc.) in combustion chamber is directly conveyed to oven. Then with thehelp of circulating blower, the inside temperature can easily reach an uniformity
