The secret to scaling:structural capital

Structural capital is “operationalized” knowledge that is usually automated using information technology. This kind of knowledge asset is highly scalable and provides one of the major business opportunities of the knowledge era. The only limit to scaling structural capital is the number of people thatneed the solution.
