Our Value
Proposition
© Tony Sweet Otakuki Energy Consultants
Typical hotel Current energy costs, say $300,000 per annum
Typical New energy costs, say $150,000 per annum
Saving of $150,000 per annum
Our fees merely require a fixed percentage of the initial savings:
A. 35% of the annual saving each year for 5 years
B. 40% of the annual saving each year for 4 years
C. 50% of the annual saving each year for 3 years
Example shown:
A. 35% of $150,000 = $52,500 x 5 years = $262,500 ($750,000 total savings)
B. 40% of $150,000 = $60,000 x 4 years = $240,000 ($600,000 total savings)
C. 50% of $150,000 = $75,000 x 3 years = $225,000 ($450,000 total savings)
Process fee of $40,000 in addition to above, all fees payable monthly in advance.
