ORIGIN«Hamburguesas El Corral»; Was created by Pablo Bueno and Guillermo Calderon in 1983, it was inaugurated like a kind of fast food restaurant, the founders thought that the casual style and the self-service were the best options to improve the restaurant. the first restaurant was opened in the capital of Colombia, Bogota, in the downtown. The slogan is; “The original recipe” (La receta original, in Spanish); nowadays this company have around 250 restaurants, in 38 Colombian cities and towns and in USA, Panama, Ecuador and Chile.

ConclutionI think that is necessary in a famous restaurant do many things to improve the quality first of the employees and after that look the service that they are offering to the customers. Also is necessary share the knowledge about the Colombian kitchen with foreign countries and in this order of ideas improve the alliances outside the country.
