Our Solution

One of the biggest challenges faced by any business currently is the sourcing of

quality employees. We took up the challenge and have created an innovative and

transparent IT system that allows candidates to register on line and be able to move

through the registration process immediately. This means that we boast the largest

database of qualified and job ready candidates in the sector. Clients can access our

database and select the most appropriate candidate for their role. Completely

flexible, our system allows job roles to be built, candidates screened against the job

specific criteria and then rejected or referred based on the criteria you have set. No

more arguing with recruiters over a candidate’s suitability for a role. You are in

complete control of who you see and why. In addition, our reporting is real time and

on-line and our invoices 100% accurate.

qualifications to viewing what calls we have made to fulfil your requirements to an

open invoicing system.

The time clocks were born from a client request to eliminate the inaccurate and

fraudulent entries on timesheets and sign on books. The prototype was housed in a

damaged wheelie bin and proved a successful concept. The software is written in

house and the parts for the hardware are sourced internationally. We no longer use

wheelie bins, we have cases manufactured externally. The current hardware runs on

a windows platform, although given the price drop of Android hardware we are

researching this platform. Staff have a small token the size of a 10 cent piece

attached to their key ring and swipe on and off daily. The system records clock on

and off times. Break times, job grades can be programmed in.

Methodology

Our methodology is flexible depending on client requirements. We can offer a full

service model or unbundled services and our pricing structure reflects this. Because

of our technology, clients can access the process at any stage after registration and

take over all or parts of the selection process.

Recruitment Process Permanent Staff (full service model)

The process for permanent recruitment starts with taking a detailed job brief. Your

nominated account manager would visit to discuss the opportunity or take details

over the telephone. This job brief is entered in detail onto the systems to allow full

searches to take place.

As part of our commitment to our clients, candidate sourcing occurs constantly – we

utilise both passive and active candidate sourcing strategies.

Candidate sourcing methods currently utilised (nationally):

Advertising – on-line; print; job boards;

Brand visibility – cars; trucks; billboards

Social Media – twitter; linked in; facebook

Networking – social; trade shows

Candidate selection

The application process is automated and much more detailed than uploading a

resume. Candidates are taken through an interactive pre-screening process where

detailed information is asked and relevant testing occurs. Our offices are currently

manned 24 hours so that candidates can be contacted via telephone or live chat as

they register with us, not the next day or next week.

The on-line process is simple, making it easy for candidates to apply and a have a

meaningful experience. Unlike any other agency, we visit our candidates once

registered to view and scan all relevant documentation. Candidates come to you job

ready.
