35% of direct suppliers say they have received training on the Code, up from 29% in 2015. This training is most likely to have been provided by an external agency/ consultancy (42%) or arranged internally (35%). As in 2015, large suppliers are most likely to have had training on the Code- 45% compared to

29% of micro & small suppliers. Key reasons for not having received Code training tend to be not realising

that Code training is available (39%) and not knowing how to access it/who provides it (31%).
