MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR STARTING A COMPANY
a) A minimum of one shareholder. But the government allows foreign nationals/entities to own 100% shares.
b) At least one director should be a Singaporean or a person with a Permanent Resident (PR) status, or a person holding a valid Employment Pass (EP)
c) A Company Secretary who is a Singapore citizen or a person with PR status, or EP status, Entrepass, or a Dependent Pass holder.
d) A local registered address
