that you must try upon setting foot in Singapore. It has

a circle Popiah skin that is as thin as a paper that rolls

up the other ingredients all together. It is dressed up

with hoisin sauce and the fillings include eggs, shrimps,

sausage, lettuce and beans.

Your thirst will be quenched when you try Singapore’s

sugar cane juice. The sugar cane will be extracted to

produce a juice and once you ordered it, the sugar

cane will run through a mill that grinds the juices of

the cane. Its green color will let you know that it’s

fresh and it’s not pre-juiced and stocked for days

already. A lot of stalls in Singapore sell sugar cane

juice and it’s up to you to check on them and ask for

some lemons to make the juice more aromatic &

tasty.
