Store is one of the major part of any Transportation/LogisticsIndustry. Store deals with all the items or products required by the Industry, provides all departments with their necessary item requirements, keeps a ready count of the quantity of different items and deals with the suppliers in an endeavour to procure new stock.As a result, if the activities of this department are smoothened, other departments can function with a greater output. here in eresource all this been taken care of
Direct GRNProducts received from suppliers against Purchase Orders, will be entered here. Products added here will reflect in Inventory used in Stock Adjustment, Warehouse transfer, Stores Requisition, etc.
Add Requisitioneresource manages procurement from product selection, purchase order requisition, approval and ordering to delivery, receipt and financial settlement. Our ERP solution covers applications for requisitioning, simplified purchasing processes which is user-friendly. Here one can add the required item details, quantity required etc.
Requisition to BranchIf you have multilocation offices and the required item is in another branch then you can send requisition to that branch with all the details of item. Once the requisition is sent back to you then it will be updated in your stores.
Tarpaulin IssueTarpaulin is issued against this process, which contains details of Vehicle, Driver, location etc.
