Claim GRNIf Tyre had some issues with its working then it is send for Claim, after the issue has been resolved theTyre is recieved by the owner after doing Claim GRN where all the details of the Tyre and its issue with the status is been filled for record.

Scrap Approval(Job Card)Job Card is made against all the tyre which are sent for scrap.Here all the details about the Scrap tyre with tyre no., category, brand, manufacturer name,size and burst reason is mentioned in brief.

Job Card ClosedWhen the Job card is approved and the process starts according to job card,after completing it the Job card gets closed and it is approved by the respective department head.

Send for Claim

When tyre is sent for claim, it is not necessary thet all the tyre available are sent for claim too.First they are approved and then selected Tyre only are sent for Claim.

Stock Summery ReportThe Stock summery report gives an idea about the stock present at the different locations with opening and closing stock details.

NSD (Transition)

NSD is measured and recorded at the begining with the remark which helps in taking the decision about the replacing the tyre in advance and also to procure.

NSD Print (Transition)Current NSD is measured and recorded with the remark which helps in taking the decision about the replacing the tyre in advance and also to procure. Here Km covered with the Tyre is also mentioned .

Wheel Alignment (Transition)Wheel alignment is the main and important thing to be taken care of in transportation business.Here the vehicle alignment is checked and recorded.

Vehicle Trailer No. ReportHere the report is generated vehicle or trailer number wise. In which case all the details of tyre with tyre number, status, tyre brand, tyre size is generated.

Vehicle Wise ReportHere the report of tyre is generated Vehicle wise such as details of vehicle come along when you enter the tyre number.
