• MAX Planning Framework working groups with local government

authorities (Northern, Central, Eastern, Western and General).

• Briefings to six councils.

• CEOs’ Group (six LGAs and Metropolitan Redevelopment

Authority).

• Briefings to Minister and Local Members of Parliament.

• Individual stakeholder meetings and briefings.

• Online survey.

• Late July – early August 2013 – community open houses in

Mirrabooka, Dianella, ECU Mt Lawley and North Perth.

• Engagement with businesses including community and business

reference groups.

Anticipated market interaction

Market sounding (late 2013)

• Update market on project

• Advise on procurement approach, risk position, etc.

Procurement process (mid 2014 – end of 2015)

• Currently considering a PPP model, incorporating:
