INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ASSOCIATE:AnIndependentBusinessAssociate(IBA)canpurchaseproductsandservicesdi-rectlyfromtheCompanyatwholesalepricingandcanstartearningincomebyreferringotherstopurchasetheCompany’sproductsandservices.InordertobecomeanIBAwithBYM,anindividualmustsubmitacompletedIndependentBusinessAssociateRegistrationAgreementandpurchase theBYM IBARegistrationKit.Thiskitallowsyoutoparticipate in theBYMCompensationPlan;receiveaccesstoprofessionalmarketingandbusinessdevelopmenttools,resourcesandtrainingsystems;andhaveaccesstotheCompany’sonlineBackOfficemanagementandsupportsystem,abilitytochecksalesvolumeandcommissions.AnIBARegistrationKitisvalidfor365days(1year)fromthetimeofpurchaseandmayberenewedannually.

PREFERRED CUSTOMER: APreferredCustomerisonewhoelectsnottobecomeanIBA.APreferredCustomercanpurchaseproductsandservicesatretailpricesdirectlyfromanIBAorthroughtheCompany’swebsite.AllpreferredcustomersmustbereferredbyanIBA.Anypreferredcustomerthatpurchasesdirectlyfromthecompany’swebsitewithoutareferralwillbecodedrandomlytoanIBAwitharankingof3Starorabove.

AfteranIBAhaspersonallyenrolledoneIBAineachteam,allfuturepersonalenrollmentsmustbeplacedbeneathanexistingIBA.TheenrollerhastheoptionofplacingthenewIBAontheleftortherightteam.Iftheenrollerdoesnotelecteitheroption,thenewIBAwillbeautomaticallyplacedonthelesserteamoftheenroller.Onceplaced,thatindividualwillstillbeconsideredapersonalenrollee,andheorshecannotbemoved.

All IndependentBusinessAssociates (IBAs)mustqualifyeachbusinessperiodtoearnbonusesandcommissions fromtheBYM’sCompensationPlanbygeneratingaminimumof100personalvolume inabusinessperiod (BV).Everyproduct soldhasapre-determinedpersonalvolume(PV)andbusinessvolume(BV).PVisusedforqualificationwhileBVisusedtocalculatecommissionsintheCompensationPlan.

ThePVrequirementforcommissionandbonusqualificationiswaivedduringanewIBA’sfirstBP.AfterthefirstBP,anIBAcancontinuetoearncommissionsandbonusesbymeetingtheminimumPVrequirement.

ABusinessPeriodisaspecific4-week(28days)payperiodasperBYM’sBusinessCalendar.QualifiedIBAsarealsoreferredtoas‘active.’TheendofthecommissionweekiseveryFridayat11:59p.m.PacificTime.

IfanIBAachievesarankandsubsequentlyfailstomeettherequirementstomaintainthatranking,heorshewillretainthetitleofthehighestrankingachieved;however,heorshewillbepaidatthe“paid-as”rankingaccordingtohisorherqualification.WhenanIBAadvancestoahigherranking,heorshemustmeetspecifiedmaintenancerequirementstobepaidatthenewrank.ThisisreferredtoasanIBA’s“paid-as”orqualifiedranking.

Commissionand Bonus Qualification

TheBYMCompensationPlaniscomprisedofarankingsystemforhigherendbonusesandcommissions.AllIBAsstartoutasanAs-sociateandmayadvanceuptoanImperialBlackDiamond.

TheBYMCompensationPlanallowsIndependentBusinessAssociates(IBAs)toleveragetheirincomeopportunitythroughtheprin-cipleofmultiplicationversusaddition.Indirectsales,incomeisearnedandincreasedbyaddingadditionalclients(i.e.2+2+2+2=8).However,inBYM’smulti-tieredreferralmarketingprogram,theduplicationofone’sinitialeffortsthroughthepeopletheyenrollcanmultiplytheirrewards(i.e.2x2x2x2=16).BYMofferstheopportunitytoearnresidualincomegeneratedfromproductsalesthroughateamthatcanbeexpandedworldwide.BYMoffersIBAsninewaystoearncommissionsandbonuses.

SellingBeyondproductsdirectlytocustomersisthefirstpillarofasolidfoundationofaBYMbusiness.Face-to-faceretailsalesallowanIBAtoearnincomebypurchasingBeyondproductsatwholesalepricingandthensellingthemataretailpriceoftheirchoosing.Suggestedmarkupbetweenthewholesaleandtheretailpriceis25%.

Customersmaypurchaseproductsandservicesdirectlyfromtheassociate’sreplicatedsite,fromtheCompany’swebsite,orbysub-mittingacompletedCustomerRetailForm.Thecompanywillprovidethefulfillmentsothereisnoneedtoinventoryproducts.Whenacustomerpurchasesfromthewebsite,20%outofthe25%willbepaidtotheIBAandtheremaining5%isretainedforfulfillmentandprocessingfees.RetailProfitiscalculatedweeklyandpaidtwoweeksinarrears.

AnIBAisnotrequiredtobeactiveorqualifiedtoearnprofitfromsalesmadetoretailorpreferredcustomers.

BYM’sFastStartBonusprogram isdesigned toput incomeintothepocketsofqualifyingIBAsveryquickly.WhenanewIBAenrollsandpurchasesanyoptionalBYMEnrollmentPack-ages,aone-timeFastStartBonusispaidtotheenrollingIBAand their sponsor.TheFastStartBonus isonlyavailableoninitialEnrollmentPackagespurchases;subsequentpurchasesbythecustomerdonotyieldmoreFastStartBonus.

2. Fast Start Bonus

ThesecondpillarofasuccessfulbusinessistobecomeaBuilder.ToreachtherankofaBuilder,anIBAisrequiredtoenrollwithanExecutiveEnrollmentPackageandpersonallysponsortwoIBAswithExecutiveEnrollmentPackages.

EachtimeoneofyourpersonallyenrolledIBAreachestherankofBuilder,youearnaonetimeBuilderBonusof$70.

WhentwoofyourpersonallyenrolledIBAreachestherankofBuilder,youwillbepromotedtotherankofTeamBuilder.AsaTeamBuilder,youwillreceiveanonetimebonusof$200andeverysubsequentbuilderyouenroll,youwillreceive$150BuilderBonusinsteadof$70.

IfyouarenotqualifiedintheweekthatoneofyourpersonallysponsoredIBAreachestherankofBuilder,youwillhavethefollowingthreeweekstobecomequalifiedinordertoearntheBuilderandTeamBuilderBonus.

3.Builder and Team Builder Bonus

AnyindividualthatpurchasesanIBARegistrationKitwillbeplacedbyhisorhersponsorinanopenpositioninthesponsor’ssalesorganization.ThisopenpositioniscalledaBusinessCenter.EachBusinessCenterhasaleftandrightteaminwhichsalesvolumeaccumulates.

TheBYMCompensationPlanisbuiltaroundauniquebinaryprogramforthepurposeofintroducingpeopletoBYM’sproductsandservices.TheGroupVolumeCommissions(GV)ispaidoutweekly,basedontheaccumulatedcommissionableBusinessVolumeoneveryindividualpurchaseinyourteam.Youarepaid10%ontheteamsalesvolumeaccumulatedinthelesserteam.Thereisnolimittothenumberoflevelsyoucanearncommissionson.Amaximumof250,000BV($25,000)canbeearnedperbusinesscenterperbusinessweek(BW).Ifyouearnmorethan250,000BVperbusinesscenterperBusinessWeek,thedifferenceinvolume,upto250,000BV,willbecarriedovertothefollowingweek.TheincomeyoureceiveisbasedonyourabilitytoretailBYM’sproductsandservicestoyourcustomers,aswellasyourabilitytobuildateamofIBAstoretailproductsandservices.

ActivatingTheBusinessCenter

AsyousponsorIBAs,youplacetheminopenpositionsinyourorganization-remembertofirstplaceoneonyourleftteamandoneonyourrightteam.

Afterplacingoneoneachteam,youmaysponsorandplacenewlyenrolledIBAsoneithersideofyourteam.Theaddedbenefitofabinaryprogramisthatyouandeveryoneaboveyouinyourteamcanhelpyoubuildyourbusinessthroughplacements.Thisstruc-tureenforcesteambuildingwitheveryoneworkingtowardsacommongoal–buildingastrongsalesteam.Asyouexpandyourbusiness,youwilladdmoreIBAstoyourteam.Yoursuccessisbuiltonintroducingnewpeopleintoyourteam,sharingBYMproductswithothers,andteachingotherstodothesame.

HowYourBusinessCentersProvideIncomeToYou

Commissions are awarded based on accumulated business volumeoneachcommissionableproductandservicepurchasedinyourteam.Commissionsarepaidon10%of theBVbeingaccumulatedonyourlesserteam.AlesserteamisonethatproducesthelesserBVinabusi-nesscenter;similarly,agreaterteamisonethatproducesthegreaterBVinthesamebusinesscenter.

Theremainingvolume,afterthecommissionshavebeenprocessed,iscarriedforwardtothenextBusinessWeek.Also,ifyourlesserteamdoesnotmeet theminimumpayout requirement of 100 BV, BVs on bothteamswillbecarriedovertothefollowingBusinessWeek.GroupVol-umeCommissioniscalculatedweeklyandpaidtwoweeksinarrears.

WhenanIBAbecomesinactive(notmeetingthecommissionsqualifi-cations)duringanygivenbusinessweek,allaccumulatedBVonbothteamwillberesetbacktozerountiltheIBAbecomesactive.

ApreferredcustomercanpurchaseproductsandservicesatretailpricesdirectlyfromanIBAorthroughtheCompany’swebsite.Allvolumegeneratedbypreferredcustomersisfirstheldinaholdingtankuntiltheendofthebusinessweek,atwhichpointitwillautomaticallybeaddedtothelesserteam’svolumeforcommissioncalculationandbeflushedfromtheholdingtank.

MatchingBonusisaprogressiveincentivethatispaidtothosewithrankof1StarandabovewhomentortheirpersonallyenrolledIBAs in theirsalesorganizationandsupport theminachievinghigher rankings. IBA’smayearnamatchingbonusoneveryone’sGroupVolumeCommissionsuptoadepthof7levelsoftheirenrollmenttree.Whenapersonalenrolleesponsorsanewteammem-ber,thatindividualwillshowuponthesecondleveloftheirenrollmenttree,andsoforth.TheMatchingBonusiscalculatedattheendofeveryBPandpaidtwoweeksinarrears,basedonthelowestrankmaintainedduringtheentireBusinessPeriod.

Once an IBA reaches the level of Diamond for 3 consecu-tiveBP,theIBAwillearnan“additionalbusinesscenter”rightabovetheircurrentbusinesscenter.TheIBAmaythenbegintobuildanewteam,whichmayaddtohis/herearnings.TheIBAwill receive the same IBA rights andprivilegeswith thisnewbusinesscenter.TheCompanyissuesamaximumofoneadditionalbusinesscenter toeachqualifiedbusinesscenter.There isno limittothenumberofbusinesscentersonecanearn;therefore,thereisnolimittotheamountofcommissionsonecanearn.

6. AdditionalBusinessCenter

EachBusinessPeriod,BYMsetsaside2%ofthecompany-wideBV for the Executive Bonus. This is a weighted bonus paidouttothosewhoareparticipatingattheExecutivelevelandmaintainanactivestatus.

7.ExecutiveBonus

How it worksEarnpointsperBPaccordingtoone’sranking.Thehighertheranking,themorepointswillbeawardingaccordingtothetable.Attheendofeachquarter,allpointsperBPwillbetallied.

TheCarAllowanceisaspecialbonusdesignedtoawardIBAfortheiroutstandingteambuildingefforts.ThisisacashbonussotheIBAhastheoptiontouseittowardsamonthlyleasepaymentforthecaroftheirdreams.ItiscalculatedattheendofeveryBPandpaidtwoweeksinarrearstoanyIBAwhoisaqualified5StarorabovefortheentireBP.

8.CarAllowance

TheMarketingAllowanceisdesigntoassistIBAwiththeirmarketingefforts.AnIBAmayearnupto$3,500cashbonustodoastheychoose.

9.MarketingAllowance

TheCompanymay,atitsdiscretion,fromtimetotimeoffervariouspromotionsandspecialincentiveprogramsinordertorewardit’sAssociatesfortheirachievements.Rewardsmayincludecashbonuses,excitingtravelandvacationsaswellasothervaluablegiftsandpremiums.Inthesecases,theCompanywillpublishthespecificinformationregardingqualificationsandrewards.

BYMreservestherighttochangeormodifyitsCompensationPlanatanytimetoensurethatitcontinuestomeetitsexpressedgoals.Ifanychangeismade,officialnotificationwillbegiveninadvancetoallIBAsbypostingontheCompany’swebsitesandmodifyingtheCompensationPlandescriptionasrequired.ItistheIBA’sresponsibilitytoensurethattheystayinformedastoanychanges.

BYMoffersit’sIndependentBusinessAssociatesasuperiorcompensationplan,featuringmultiplestreamsofincome;proprietary,world-classproductsandservices;andanoutstandingopportunitytoparticipateinthenexttrilliondollarindustry.Foranyoneseri-ousabouthisorherfinancialfuture,BYM’sCompensationPlanprovidesanunparalleledpathtosuccess.

InSummary

BYMhasestablishedamaximumpayoutof50%ontotalcompanyBVtowardsallcommissionsandbonuses.IfinanygivenbusinessweektherehasnotbeenenoughcollectedinBVtomeetthecommissionpayoutrequirement,BYMwillreducecommissionstotheIBAuntilitisatthe50%mark.

Outofthe50%maxpayout,10%isreservedfortheExecutiveBonus,MatchingBonus,CarandMarketingAllowance.Onaweeklybasis,commissionsandbonuseswillbecalculatedaccordingtothefollowingformula:
