we hereby formally declare, that the BIOLINK products delivered to Biolink Australiacomply withDirectrive 2002195/EC "on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances inelectrical and electronic equipment".European Directrive 20021961EC dated 27 January 2003 on waste electrical andelectronic equipment (WEEE)andDirectrive 94162/EC and its latest amendment 20041121EC on packaging andpackaging waste.
More specifically, we further declare that none of the following substances are used byBIOLINK in the production or formulation of any of our products.
o HG ( mercury ) and related compoundso Cd ( Cadmium ) and related compounds, such as cadmium pigment in polymers,
galvanic and chemical surfaces, usw.o PCB ( polychlorinated Biphenyls)o toluene, benzene, formaldehyde. biozide,o asbestoso ozone depleting compounds, like chlorofluorocarbon ( CFC ) in foamed materialso Cr, CrVl (chromium, hexavalent chromium) and their compoundso Other heavy metals and related compounds. Exceptions : metal alloy in accordance
to DlN, DIN EN, DIN /SO and /SO.o Organic halogen-compounds, such as flame retardants in polymers and
thermosetting materials, particularly: polybrominated diphenyle ( PBD ) ,polybrominated diphenylether ( PBDE ) and antimon trioxide.
