Verbal communication, when addressing English speaking customers on the phone as wellas in person. Research also included; LinkedIn Profiles, Employment Agencies, Facebook,Advertisements, Direct Phone Contact and Marketing Material. This ranged across theHospitality, Banking and Finance, Travel, Retail, Restaurant and other service industries.
