Benchmark of Engagement

Viljoen, 2013

• The I-engage factors has a reliability (r) of .78. This is almost psychometric properties. Very high for perception study where r=0.4 is accepted as valid

• I-engage measure is a good indicator of the change resilience of individual (Viljoen, 2008), namely the ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt and is aligned with BarOn Eqi-theory (2003)

• Constructs were designed over 3 years with the assistant of external statistical analysis expert.

• Constructs were peer reviewed.• Content validity by triangulation. Quantitative data was tested

with more than 50 000 individuals in 42 counties and validity was confirmed.
