Oil and Gas When you say you fill out forms and tickets, are you using some kind of a system to track the md requests?Yes and we are going back and having to chase our tickets that aren’t complete at least 25% of the time.

Once the material is created, do you have an automated notification going back to the original requestor?No, this is all done by e-mail.
